A beautiful, brand new, ground floor, duplex, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (one en-suite) apartment on Colina Verde, close to the centre of Carvoeiro. The apartment has one ground floor bedroom and bathroom, with kitchen, complete with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, living/dining room, bedroom 2 and bathroom 2 on the 1st floor. There is a balcony overlooking Carvoeiro village, large, private roof terrace, communal pool and maid service 2 days per week. The apartment also benefits from double glazing and air conditioning (supplement payable). Beautiful Carvoeiro beach is only a few minutes walk, as are a large a selection of bars, shops and restaurants. The apartment is located on a hill and a car may be advisable for anyone with mobility problems. There is a sofa bed in the living room and a cot and highchair can be supplied on request (Charge for 5th person of £20 per week).

The apartments are located in the centre of Carvoeiro, in an elevated, quiet position. Carvoeiro's beach, bars, shops and restaurants are only 5 minutes walk and Gramacho and Pinta golf courses are 10 minutes drive. Carvoeiro Tennis Club is 5 minutes by car, and there are 2 diving centres nearby. There are 2 water parks plus Zoomarine within 20 minutes drive, and excursions to these and other attractions can be arranged locally. Carvoeiro is an ideal resort for couples and families looking for a relaxing holiday.
