An immaculate, brand new, second floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard, with a large south-facing terrace with built-in barbecue. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from Ferragudo beach and the village with its shops, bars and restaurants, and a few minutes drive from Gramacho and Pinta golf courses. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, cable TV, DVD player, log burner, and has maid service 3 times per week. Secure underground parking, but car hire is not necessary. Prices are for up to 6 people, 1 further child can be accommodated at a cost of £20 per week each.

The apartment is just as specified in the advert and more. It is very large and is beautifully furnished and would easily take six adults with ease. It is spotlessly clean. The large balcony which runs all around the apartment has lovely views over the countryside, a sea view on the right hand side and a very good barbeque area. The beach and Ferrogudo are within easy walking distance althought the walk back is up hill. The sunsets were something else!! Beautiful. The stairs may be a problem for families with small children and anyone with problems walking. We had a lovely holiday at Casa Feliz

I have been visiting the Algarve for over 10 yrs and this is one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in. It is spotlessly clean in a quiet residential block and provides all that you need for a great holiday. The terrace is huge and gets the sun all day.It is easy to walk to the beach in one direction and into the town in the other direction.It is a downhill walk to both locations so an uphill walk to return (but it is a leisurely walk as opposed to a slog.).
Our favorite restaurants in town were the Farragood and the O Barril which offer great fish and meat dishes with good service. The fish restaurants on the harbour front are pretty expensive. The beaches are clean with good bars and restaurants. The resort itself is very quiet ( May 08 ) so a hire car for trips out during the day is a good idea .
There is a large selection of books provided in the apartment to help pass the time whilst soaking up the sun on the terrace.
Eating in at the apartment is easy as there are butchers, greengrocers and mini markets within walking distance and the apartment has an easy to use cooker and dishwasher.There is constant hot water and oil filled radiators provided should you visit when the weather is not so warm. I would definately recommend this apartment to couples and groups of friends who can walk up two flights of stairs and don't require the use of a pool.
The owner provided great customer service and was very helpful.We were met as promised at the accomodation and the cleaner also visited during our stay.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Girls Getaway
