Take a water taxi from Jose Mourinho,s , best loved Souwest Restaurant, to the far side of the river for a romantic meal at Portimao Marina . An uninterrupted view of the beach, Castle and Marina, is enjoyed from this air-conditioned apartment. Private car parking, floor area of 170 m2. Plenty to see & do. We can arrange any of the following, bird watching, Canoeing, Cycling, Fishing, Golfing with discounted green fees, Horse riding, dolphin watching, and home therapy visits.The apartment is totally secure and completely private. For those looking to relax, just take a stroll alone the 3km sandy beach of Praia Grande and watch the sun set, truly holiday to remember.

Ferragudo is a charming unspoilt fishing village close to Carvoeiro. Shops, restaurants and water sport activities, beaches are within short walking distance. Golf courses and tennis courts are just a short drive away. With the motorway now complete, everywhere in the Algarve is now within an hours drive. Beautiful Seville and Lisbon are only 2.5 hours drive. From Clube rio, walk up the hill with the church on your left; in front there is a laundry, carry on for a few meters and you will find a mini-market. If you carry on and fork left at fist turning, you will find yourself in the heart of Ferragudo village. Here you will find the post office, bank, many snack bars and numerous restaurants.

    Cancellation refunds:
    up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge.
    4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded.
    2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded.
    Less than 2 weeks - no refund.
    Arrival and departure times
    Check in times are no earlier than 14:00 and check out no later than 10:00 as we have to get the villa ready for the next clients.
    Damage Deposit
    Damage deposit of £200 will be required cleared on arrival. We rely on trust, so if there are any breakage's glasses cutlery, etc just let me know, so we can get the villa ready for the next family to enjoy.
  • Additional Requirements.
    Travel Cot etc, please email us immediately so we can arrange for this and update your details.
    Cleaning & Facilities.
    There are English basic satellite channels. Linen and towels are supplied and will be changed on a weekly basis. Cleaning will be carried out twice a week. Once the day you get there for change over, mid week to mop the floors and clean the bathrooms and kitchen and change all towels and bath mats and a final clean the day of your departure Could we ask for the general tidiness to be observed, as it will help us all in keeping the villa to a high specification.

    Directions will be sent to you about two weeks prior to your departure.

Accommodation : The balcony extends across all of the bedrooms with outside table with seating for 6. and living area and give uninterrupted views of the beach, near by castle and marina. Fully air-conditioned, private car parking, floor area of 170 m2. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 & 3 has two single beds (with an extra fold up bed if required) with a separate bathroom. The kitchen is open plan and equipped to the highest standard, including ceramic hop cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, double fridge and freezer. Large lounge/Dining area, with wide screen television, satellite English channels, DVD and music system.

Pool and Gardens to the beach: Clube Rio is built in an elevated position with attractive gardens, floodlit, walk in swimming pool and Spectacular Ocean views beyond the old castle. The grounds are a safe haven for the enjoyment and relaxation of the pleasant Algarvian Climate.

Other Activities: Swim with dolphins at Zoo Marine is a must!
