This private apartment is excellently situated with easy access from the street level (by stairs or lift) or from the back entrance, which leads to the pool area. The living/dining room area is spacious and bright with T.V. radio cassette & D V D. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, etc. All rooms lead to a veranda. Casa Solmar has private access to a very secluded pool, sunbathing and shower area. There are 2 tennis courts in the complex. Maid service & towel change twice weekly, Linen change once weekly.
