There are two nice verandas with seating and dining area to enjoy the sunshine. The main bedroom is en suite and the guest bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. The living/dining room area is spacious and bright with T.V. radio cassette & D V D. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, etc. All rooms lead to a veranda. Casa Solmar has private access to a very secluded pool, sunbathing and shower area.( bring your own beach towels) There are 2 tennis courts in the complex. Maid service & towel change twice weekly, Linen change once. Within 2min walk there are: mini markets, post office, pharmacy, internet cafes, banks, buses, taxis etc. & the many acclaimed bars & Restaurants of Carvoeiro. Joe & Aileen will meet you on arrival & will be available for any further help you may require to have an enjoyable Holiday.

• Prices shown are for the property per week in U.K. pounds. Euros can be arranged. Payment by Bank Transfer in Sterling or Euros. Payment terms 30% deposit required to confirm booking. Balance by Bank Transfer 8 weeks before arrival in apartment. £100.00 security deposit payable with balance, which is returned provided there is no loss or damage to apartment or contents during your stay. Changeover day Saturday. WE CAN ARRANGE OTHER CHANGEOVER DAYS IN OTHER PROPERTIES. Arrival time to Apt. after 2 PM. Departure 10 AM.(FLEXIBLE) Rates in low season do not include electricity, average consumption runs in or about £12 to £14. P.W. Heating by convector heaters. Airport transfers, or car hire can be arranged. It is our policy as far as possible to meet all our guests on arrival to see them settle in. Casa Solmar is a Non Smoking Environment. We do however provide ashtrays for use on verandas.
