A spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom ground floor apartment on Monte Dourado. The living room has a log burner, patio doors to the terrace (with patio furniture), dining area, TV, and radio/cassette player. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, and fridge with small freezer compartment. Air con available at an additional £60 per week. Maid service 5 days per week, change of towels 3 times per week, linen is changed once a week. The apartment sleeps 6 plus cot or folding bed. There are 5 communal pools and 2 tennis courts on the development. Monte Dourado is in the centre of Carvoeiro village, there are tennis courts on site, the beach is only 500 metres away and there is a large variety of shops (including internet cafe), banks, post office, bars and restaurants within walking distance. All linen and towels supplied including beach towels
