Our Apartment: We provide the following, making our apartment a real home from home. We have a table/6 chairs on both the back balcony and the front terrace, with a tilting umbrella, if the sun gets too much. We provide 2 loungers on the back balcony. Chair cushions also provided. There is a cooler box and freezer tablets(in freezer) you can take with you around the pool or to the beaches along with buckets and spades. We provide airers to dry clothes and a washing machine, iron/ ironing board too.
And you will definitely love the Rocha Brava Gardens, trees and shrubs! The flora really is great! The whole complex is very attractive,well kept and safe!
The apartment consists of a large front terrace, seating lobby area on entrance, a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen, a lounge/dining area and a very large back balcony. We have a twin bedroom with a large bathroom adjacent to it and a double bedroom/en-suite. We have tried to think of most things to make our apartment a real home from home!
AIRPORTS: The nearest airport to Carvoeiro is Faro. Transfers from Faro to Rocha Brava take about 45minutes.
Flights from Stansted Airport take about 2.5 hours and Portugal is exactly the same time zone as the United Kingdom so definitely no jet lag!!
Please let me know if you need transfers to and from Faro airport and I can arrange them for you. Charges are dependent on the vehicle required and the number of people in the party. I would be happy to provide a quote on request. Vehicles used are usually air conditioned people carriers again dependent on the number of people in the party.

Other Information: Inside the apartment there are five steps that lead off directly from the lobby area into the lounge/ diner and balcony, to the right, and five steps that lead off to the left to go to the main bathroom and twin bedded room.
We also provide: A large selection of CD's and music, dvds for children/adults, radio and TV with surround sound with an i-pod docking station.Playing cards,dominoes, children's games, buckets,spades other beach items.
A good selection of books for reading.Tourist information on bars, restaurants and places to visit. There are travel adaptors in the apartment, spare batteries,needles,cotton,first aid kit, plasters,fire blanket,extinguisher,smoke alarm
( no mains gas on Rocha Brava, only electric!). The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery,plates,saucepans, wine/beer glasses/ many other kitchen utensils, including an electric blender. A floor standing, electric fan. I can also provide a Portuguese Internet dongle for the internet for a deposit at €1.5/hour.
