This beautifully furnished and very well equipped Apartment comprises one large bedroom with king size bed (1,80 x 2,00m), one shower-room with underfloor heating, a lounge with a comfortable sofa-bed, dining area and open kitchen and a large terrace with outstanding views to the Monchique mountains. The Apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a private villa with pool and shares the pool (8 x 4 m) and garden with the villa owners. The pool is heated from spring to autumn with a solar pool cover. There is a certain flexibility regarding change-over days. 2 Air-conditioning units are available for your use upon separate charge of 35 Euros per week for heating or cooling.

The Borboleta Apartment is located in Sesmarias a little village near the Golf-courses Pinta and Gramacho in a quiet urbanisation with private Pool villas only. It is a 5 minutes drive to the next beach, the golf-courses and a tennis club with fitness and aerobic facilities. In walking distance you find a little supermarket, café and pizzeria, several restaurants and local shops, and to Carvoeiro town it is a 5 minutes drive only.

Additional information about rental rates

  • In winter and autumn periods we charge 35 Euros per week for the use of the underfloor heating in the bathroom, firewood and air con use for heating purposes. In summer (as an option) the air-conditioning is available for the price of 35 Euros per week. The prices are calculated for three people, we charge 25€/week extra for the fourth person.
  • There is a maid service provided twice a week.

Notes: Children are very welcome and can make use of the nicely landscaped gardens. New Dreamcast video game now available in the apartment with lots of games. There is a charge of 35€/week for the use of the air conditioning. Bring your laptop and take advantage of the wireless broadband access whilst sitting in the garden and enjoying the sunshine. The washing machine and cloth dryer facilities are in a separate laundry room which you have access to.

Gutes Appartment mit perfekter Ausstattung

In der Ferienwohnung kann man wirklich sehr schöne Tage verbringen - die Vermieter sind flexibel und äußerst zuvorkommend, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen - von der Strandmatte über den Stabmixer bis hin zur Zitruspresse ist alles vorhanden.
Wenn man im Besitz eines Mietwagens ist, hat man in Sesmarias eine gute Ausgangsposition, um viele schöne Strände zu erkunden.
Alles in Allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, bei der das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut stimmt und in der man sich prima erholen kann. Also: Hinfahren!
