This beautiful, luxury villa has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard throughout and enjoys superb, sea views from its elevated position. Situated between the villages of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, the pretty, sandy cove of Caneiros with its bar/restaurant overlooking the sea is within a 20 minute walk. Standing in beautifully landscaped, terraced gardens, the spacious, well furnished sitting/dining room at Casa Esperanca .has 3 sets of sliding glass doors opening onto the terrace and taking advantage of the wonderful views. There is a bar area to one side of the sitting room and the fireplace is fitted with a wood burning stove. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and is particularly well equipped. Steps lead down from the upper terrace to the rectangular pool which is surrounded by further wide terracing and lawned and landscaped gardens. Due to the high terracing and number of steps, Casa Esperanca is not suitable for very small children.

Nearest Airport: Faro at 60 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1 Kilometres
Car: necessary
Casa Esperanca is approximately 45 minutes drive from Faro Airport and is situated to the West of Carvoeiro near the pretty sandy cove of Caneiros. This area of the Algarve is not overdeveloped and there are many unspoilt beaches and cliff walks to explore. The fishing village of Ferragudo is just a few minutes drive away and has a good choice of local restaurants and bars along its narrow cobbled streets and there is a wide sandy beach, ideal for wind surfing. There are also excellent golfing opportunities at the nearby Pinta and Gramacho golf courses. The bustling resort of Carvoeiro is also about a 5 minute drive from the villa and has managed to retain its village character whilst offering a wide choice of small shops and restaurants. The larger fishing port of Portimao is approximately 10 minutes drive from the villa and is an excellent centre both for shopping and eating out or for taking a boat trip along the coast.

Excellent Excellent Excellent!

Modern beautiful spacious property with superb gardens and not least the lovely swimming pool.

Well looked after by the swimming pool attendant, cleaner and gardener.

All in all a fabulous villa.

Excellent place to stay when you are in Algarve

I've been to Portugal many times, and this place en this villa was perfect. Very nice area, quiet & private ! The children(3) had lot of fun in the pool, the beds are comfortable and the sanitary fittings are excellent and with lots of space. The kitchen was more than complete.
Also the daily maid was very kind for us.
