Notes to the rental rates

• This is a privately owned new apartment, although it is available for weekly rental, we prefer long term rental and repeat guests. Rates are for accommodation including bed linen, towels, utilities (with the exception of firewood) and cleaning service twice a week.
  Monthly rates are also available as follows:
  Low Season: 1275,00 Euros / Month January, February, March, November and December 2008.
  Mid Season : 1675,00 Euros / Month April, May, June, September and October 2008.
  High Season: 1875,00 Euros / Month July and August 2008.
  Monthly rates include the same as the weekly rate with the exception of extra electricity charges, firewood and once a week cleaning service.
