This is a beautiful new luxury apartment situated overlooking the 7th hole of the prestigious Pestana Vale da Pinta golf course with far reaching views towards Portimao. The apartment is part of a new development and has been completed to the highest standards with quality modern furnishings. The villa is fully fitted with all that you could need for a luxury holiday. There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the master is en-suite with jacuzzi bath. There is a large double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is ideally situated for activity holidays, such as golf (special packages can be arranged), family holidays or simply to get away from it all. It is particularly suited to families with small children as the communal pool, whilst close to the apartment, is far enough away for peace of mind!

Pestana golf resort in situated between the beautiful old fishing town of Carvoeiro and Estombar and is ideally located for the famous Algarvian beaches as well as the stunning scenery of the Serra de Monchique. With the opening of the new motorway transfers from Faro Airport to our apartment could not be easier, taking no more than 45-60 minutes. There is a large water park less than a 5 minute drive whilst the ancient Moorish city of Silves is easily accessible. There are two 18 hole golf courses at the resort plus the Pestana Golf Centre, with a golf school, driving range and practice green.academy.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking, the balance being due 8 weeks before the arrival date. A damage deposit of £150 is also required which is returnable 10 days after departure. Air conditioning and central heating are normally included in the weekly rates but an extra charge may be made for high usage. We try to be as flexible as possible, if you wish to rent for a long weekend or mid week please contact us, we will be happy to try and oblige.

Notes: There is a large balcony with table and 6 chairs and a built in barbecue. There is additional ground floor storage for golf clubs, pushchairs etc. Whilst the apartment is generally suitable for the elderly or infirm, it is not suitable for wheelchairs as it is on the first floor and there are steps up to the apartment. A cot and high chair can normally be provided at no extra cost, but notice is required to reserve these.

Inside: The apartment has been fitted with high quality modern furnishings. Attention to detail has been paramount in preparing this apartment and we hope that we have provided everything that you should need for a luxury holiday, including all linen, towels, beach towels and hair dryers in every room. There is additional storage for golf clubs, pushchairs etc. We provide a cleaning service twice a week and sheets are changed once a week but more can be arranged at a small cost. Our local representatives are always on hand to help with anything you might need. They can also help you with shopping before you arrive or in making any bookings such as golf, car hire.

If you wish to arrange any activities or a special interest holiday, such as golf, tennis or spa, then we will be willing to to help you with the organisation.

Golf: The Pestana Golf Resort -is located between Lagoa and Carvoeiro, the two courses are laid out over the most scenic undulating terrain amongst olive groves, carob, fig and almond trees. The Pestana Golf Centre is on site, with a golf school, driving range and practice green. There is a clubhouse, shop and snack bar. For more info please contact us for the web site address. Pinta Course - Par 71. the course has been open since 1992 and has earned and excellent reputation. It has Bermuda grass on the fairways and Penn Cross Bent greens. All the par four and fives are doglegs making accuracy off the tees paramount. 18 hole par 71. Gramacho Course - Sister course to Pinta, Gramacho is an 18 hole championship course, it has recently been extended previously being 9 holes. It is a par 71 and is 6107 metres long. Like Pinta all the par four and fives are doglegs. 18 hole par 71.
