Notes to the rental rates

• Prices in UK pounds are based on an mid band exchange rate of 1.35 euros per pound. Should the rate drop by more than 5% (i.e. below 1.28 euros per pound), then we reserve the right to increase the rental cost accordingly. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
  
• A security deposit of £400 is required against any damages to the property. This is payable along with the rental balance, 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
