The Terracos de Benagil development has a communal pool and is within a sort drive of a par 3, 9 hole golf course, a tennis club and gym complex, supermarket, beauty salon, several restaurants. Beautiful panoramic cliff-top walks are directly accessed from the development. A short drive away is the picturesque, bustling beach village of Carvoeiro with its beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, tourist office, health clinic and car rental offices. The Algarve offers a wide range of entertainment and activities, with something to suit everyone!
Garden, Views & Activities.:
The spacious roof terrace wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a barbecue and a sun terrace, and a lawn area of approximately 40 square meters with a sun bathing terraces to the living area. The Lawn area is enclosed and has an irrigation system for the shrubs. There is a communal pool with showers and sun bathing areas directly overlooking the Atlantic ocean. There is the four court David Lloyd tennis centre with a resident professional for coaching sessions nearby. Fishing from the rocks nearby is also a popular and rewarding pastime.
Golf & Walking Information:
Golf can be arranged easily as Pinta, Gramacho, Alto and Salgados golf is only 10 minutes drive. The Algarve is one of Europe's premier golf areas. There are currently twenty-five courses in the space of 100 miles of coastline, with more under construction. All Algarve courses are within one and a half hours' drive of Faro International Airport. Over the last few years the Portuguese Open has been hosted variously at Penina, Vila Sol and São Lourenzo, all of which may be included in the list of top European championship courses.
Walkers, the stretch of coastline between the colourful fishing village of Benagil and Senhora da Rocha is one of the most magnificent in the Algarve and is noted for its profusion of wild flowers and dramatic beaches. The rugged cliffs are layered in bands of ochre and cream sedimentary rocks with a band of hard, grey limestone forming the cliff top. There are several sea-stacks, sandy bays, rock arches and spectacular blowholes en-route. Length (9km)
