Fully air conditioned and furnished to a high standard, lounge area is exceptionally large, two walk through patio windows and providing dining for six. There is air conditioning throughout and a log fire for those cold 20 degree winter months. TV with satellite and DVD, the kitchen is fully fitted with washer / dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, hob / oven. There is a small bathroom on the lower floor with WC and basin. Spiral stairs lead to the upper level where there are two bedrooms. Bedroom one has twin beds (en-suite) and the second bedroom has a double bed, the lounge has two leather bed sofas to accommodate additional sleeping. Both bedrooms are fitted with guests safes and are programmable on arrival. Each bedroom contains its own terrace and there is also a first floor private terrace overlooking the pool. Outside the villa is a stone breakfast table seating six and a 15 metre swimming pool, lawn area and your own private BBQ and pool loungers.

Notes to the rental rates

• Deposit of 150 euros (£100.00) per week is required within fourteen days of booking and is non-refundable.
  Security deposit of 100 euros (£75.00) per week is required and will be returned in full within ten days at the end of your vacation and after inspection with no damage to the villa or contents reported.
  All monies must be paid in full, four weeks prior to occupation.
  
• Late bookings on last minute availability will attract discounts, please request if attempting to book late availability.
  Payment can be made in sterling or euros. Considerable discounts available for long-term occupancy, ie; six weeks or more.

Bars, Restaurants & Shops

There are many local bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa and Carvoeiro town centre is only 2km away and provides both great entertainment as well as some fantastic Portuguese and International restaurants. There is a local supermarket within walking distance and a large supermarket just 3km away.

Carvoeiro Tennis Club

The local tennis club is only 100M from the villa and contains a gym, hairdresser and beauty salon. Daily and or weekly passes can be purchased, competitions and coaching are available.

Beaches

Several wonderful beaches are easily accessible, a short walk or drive away. Mainly small, private and secluded beaches as well as larger and more commercial beaches. There are some interesting smuggler type beaches and only accessible through the rocky mountain tunnels and stairwells that have been created.

Golf Information:

The villa is an ideal location for golfers with several courses nearby. Vale da Pinta and Gramarcho (18 hole) and Vale do Milho (9 hole) golf courses are the nearest and all can be reached within 3km. The Algarve is renowned for it’s superb golf courses and caters for golfers of all standards.
