This magnificent villa/house is situated within 2.5 acres of stunning mature gardens with palm trees and exotic plants and on the outskirts of Lagoa, just a ten minute drive to Carvoeiro. This location offers tranquillity and complete privacy for a relaxing 5 star luxury holiday. Comprising of six bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms, two further bathrooms and an entrance cloakroom. The master bedroom offers stunning views of the Monchique mountains and has a steam room in the en suite bathroom. The lounge and dining area look out onto the garden /pool area which has a covered eating /BBQ area and also a children’s pool, including a pitch and putt area. The whole of the ground floor of the villa is set around a central games room including pool table, flat screen tv and a stunning water feature. For keen golfers, Gramacho Championship Golf Course is 5 minutes drive away

Carvoeiro is a small well established fishing village in the centre of the Algarve with easy access by motorway from Faro Airport. With its own beautiful beach in the centre and many shops, restaurants and bars to choose from, this holiday destination is perfect for all age groups. The difference between Carvoeiro and most other coastal towns is that development has been outwards rather than upwards. There are no high rises and the development has been sympathetic to the landscape, therefore Carvoeiro has managed to retain its charm. There is also a good choice of beautiful sandy beaches within a short driving distance. Also a popular destination with golfers with a choice of Golf Courses to choose from, Gramacho, Pinta, and Vale do Milho. Attractions such as Slide and splash water park only a two minute drive making this villa's location ideal for a great family holiday. Marina da Portimao offers many water sports and fine restaurants to choose from providing great entertainment.
