Vila Bela Vista, Moorish style, Mature Gardens, Residential Area, Carvoeiro Centre, 5min walk. Vila Bela Vista is a lovely Moorish rustic styled Villa, situated in a residential area only 5 minutes walk from Carvoeiro Village & beach. You enter into an open plan hall with spiral staircase, which leads to the master bedroom en-suite, with a veranda that has a sea view. The garden suite is a twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom. The sitting room has two French windows each leading to the garden. The dining room is through a roman arch from the living room. The pool suite is en-suite. The Pool which is kidney shaped (10 x 4m.approx) has fantastic views of Monchique which can be enjoyed from the sunbathing area. There is a well-equipped Kitchen; Vila Bela Vista is surrounded by a mature garden to the south. To the west it has a garden & pool area. To the north it has a small orange & lemon grove. Nearby: 3 Golf Clubs, Gramacho, Pinto, & Vale DE Milho, Also 3 Tennis Complexes.

Balance by Bank Transfer 8 weeks before arrival in apartment. £100.00 security deposit payable with balance, which is returned provided there is no loss or damage to property or contents during your stay. Changeover day Thursday. E It is our policy as far as possible to meet all our guests on arrival to see them settle in. ELECTRICITY is charged extra from October 1 - May 20th.
A welcome pack is provided on arrival with our compliments, also provided for the convenience of our guests:Hair dryer, clothes iron & over 100 English speaking TV channels. To the west it has a garden & Pool area with plenty of pool furniture. To the north it has a small orange & Lemon grove. There is a portable BBQ, which can be used in the many different locations depending on taste for shade or sunshine. 2 minutes walk from Bela Vista to local mini market & restaurant. 5 minutes from Municipal Market, Carvoeiro Village Centre, Beach, Banks, Post Office, Medical Centres, Internet Cafes, Busses, Taxis, & the many acclaimed Bars & Restaurants of Carvoeiro.
