Vila Bela Vista is a lovely Moorish rustic styled Villa, situated in a residential area only 5 minutes walk from Carvoeiro Village & beach. You enter into an impressive open plan hall, which leads to the master bedroom en-suite, with a veranda that has a sea view. The garden suite is a twin bedroom plus bathroom. The sitting room has two French windows leading to the garden. The dining room is through a roman arch from the living room. The pool suite is en-suite. The private Pool which is kidney shaped (10 x 4m.approx) has fantastic views of Monchique and a large sunbathing area. Vila Bela Vista is surrounded by a mature garden, a small orange & lemon grove and well equiped pool area. To the west it has a garden & Pool area with plenty of pool furniture. To the north it has a small orange & Lemon grove. Where have the two weeks gone?? We have all had a super holiday and cannot believe how quickly our holiday has passed. Superb place, superb villa & superb owners. Superb Villa

We cannot recommend this villa highly enough. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean and a real "home from home". The pool area is set in mature secluded gardens and has the sun all day long. We had no problems getting our 5 fruits a day from the lemon, lime, fig and orange trees in the garden.

The villa is a stones throw away from a small mini-market and restaurant and is only a 5 -10 minutes walk to the centre where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.

Joe & Aileen could not have been better hosts. It is very obvious that they care about their guests and go out their way to ensure that their guests have a great holiday.

We would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a relaxed holiday but does not want to be too far away from the amenities of the resort

We enjoyed Carvoeiro and the villa so much that we have already booked it for summer 2010 holiday.

We cannot recommend Villa Bela Vista highly enough. The spacious,spotlessly clean, homely and traditionally decorated villa is a real home from home. Joe and Aileen are friendly and attentive hosts who really go out of their way to welcome us to a fabulous villa. We have visited twice and with the three bedrooms with en suites, beautiful gardens, a sparkling pool, barbecues, secluded spots to sit in amongst the neatly tended garden, poolside beds and an easily accessible characterful village we will be going again. You will be glad that you made the decision to visit such a picturesque village and coastline.

Home from Home

What a great place to stay, very central to all bars, restuarants and the beach. House very secluded from the other villas around. There is a bit of a steep hill to walk up from town but it keeps you fit. Local indoor market down the road selling veg, fruit, salad, fish, chicken and bread. Joe is the perfect host, he is there if you need him - my husband fell ill and Joe sorted out the doctor for us, even callled by the next morning to see if everything was ok nothing is too much trouble.
Joe, Ben loved the figs on the tree in your garden - will be taking some home next time we visit.
would definatley recommend for a relaxing holiday - we only stayed for a week but it wasn't long enough 2 weeks is a definate.

Home from Home

My family have been coming to Villa Bella Vista for 6 years and Carvoeiro for 22. Villa Bella Vista is our favourite in the area, if not the Algarve. Spacious, stylish, homely, comfy and warm for when the sun is not shining (rare!). Great secluded pool, unspoilt view and lovely gardens on 3 sides. The villa is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. There is a minimarket 3 minutes away and the square/main street is a ten minute stroll. Customer service is second to none. Should you require a bulb changing, a restaurant critique, a bus timetable, or the answer to 7 down - a quick call or text and the owners will be there in a matter of moments. I can not recommend Villa Bela Vista highly enough. My mother passed away in 2007 and in her words it really is "a home from home". John and Jack, South Shields.
