Notes to the rental rates

• A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking, the balance being due 8 week before the arrival date. A damage deposit of £150 is also required which is returnable 7 days after departure. Air conditioning and central heating are normally included in the weekly rates but an extra charge may be made for high usage. Cot and high chair are included in the price.
  
• We try to be as flexible as possible, if you wish to rent for a long week-end or mid week please contact us we will be happy to oblige.

Casa Lousada

Our beautiful new villa overlooks the 3rd green on the Vale de Pinta course. It has been built to the highest standards; the quality of finish is superb, and it has full central heating. The kitchen has solid wood cabinets and granite work surfaces. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms, triple wardrobes and full length mirrors. There is a separate bath and walk in shower in the master bedroom which also has a south facing terrace with a Jacuzzi. The downstairs bedroom has its own terrace with pagoda, and is easily accessible by disabled guests. The furniture is brand new and of a very high quality. The beds in all three bedrooms can be either singles or doubles depending on our guest requirements, just let us know! There is a maid service twice a week but can be more if you wish for a small extra cost.

Outside

The villa is surrounded by lawns planted with palm and olive trees. A small hedge separates the villa from its neighbour. There is a large tiled sun terrace surrounding the villa although there is also plenty of shade available as well most of the day. There is a built in barbeque for your outdoor cooking with the kitchen conveniently placed so there is no need to carry food through the villa. The complex itself is fully fenced with a remote controlled security gate that remains closed at all times.

The Owners

Jill and Steve live locally and will be on hand to greet you when you arrive, they also own another property locally, Casa Romazeira - property number 54536. Steve is an experienced jeep safari driver and can arrange your own private trip deep into the Algarvian countryside and high up into the Monchique hills. The sea is just a 40 minute walk away, from here you can walk westward along the cliff top paths towards Ferragudo, the views are spectacular! Reward yourself with a fantastic lunch at the Rei das Praias on Caneiros beach, one of the best seafood restaurants in the area.

Golf Information:

The Pestana Golf Resort -is located between Lagoa and Carvoeiro, the two courses are laid out over the most scenic undulating terrain amongst olive groves, carob, fig and almond trees. There is a Golf Academy is on site, with a golf school, driving range and practice green. There is a clubhouse, shop and snack bar. For more info please contact us for the web site address. Pinta Course - Par 71. the course has been open since 1992 and has earned and excellent reputation. It has Bermuda grass on the fairways and Penn Cross Bent greens. All the par four and fives are doglegs making accuracy off the tees paramount. 18 hole par 71. Gramacho Course - Sister course to Pinta, Gramacho is an 18 hole championship course, it has recently been extended previously being 9 holes. It is a par 71 and is 6107 metres long. Like Pinta all the par four and fives are doglegs. 18 hole par 71.
