Villa Casa Louise is a luxury villa situated on the first fairway of the beautiful Pestana Gramacho Golf course, approx two miles from the town of Carvoeira.. The villa is situated in a cul de sac which has open fields on one side and the first fairway on the other. The large private garden has its own pool. There is a large covered terrace which is ideal for dining out.Gramacho is a gated cummunity with excellent security. There is a restaurant and bar at the clubhouse and a small supermarket at the entrance. In addition to Gramacho the championship Pinta course is five minutes away. If you are not a golfer the proximity of several great beaches and water parks and other attractions means you will still enjoy a five star holiday.

Golf: The Pestana resort has 2 golf courses. Gramacho where the villa is situated on the first hole and which held the Ladies Open in 2005 and the Pinta course which is 5 mins down the road. Pinta has held the Senior's qualifying tournament for the past 3 years.

I have visited this villa three times now and would definitely return again. It is heaven for golfers but is equally good for just chilling or visiting local towns. It is very clean, spacious and well maintained. The private garden and pool are immaculate and the views from the master suite across the golf course are beautiful
The owner recommended excellent restuarants but there are several supermarkets nearby if you prefer to try the barbie and of course the local wine.
The weather has always been sunny, even late in the season.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

I really recommend this property. This was our 4th visit to the property and it is still as good as the first. Everything you need is in this Villa. It is very clean and cared for and the communication during the booking process is second to none.

The location is in an quiet area but still close to the local towns of Lagoa and Carvoeiro. Should you decide to taxi into town Carvoeiro is only 7 Euros each way.

There is a Club House within a couple of mins walk of the villa with a Bar and Restaurant. There is also a small supermarket on the Pestana site.

Perfect for Couples, Singles and Families alike with something for everyone within easy reach.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

The villa was very cleaned and very well maintened, there was all you can need in a house and everything quite new. The garden and the swimming pool were simply wonderful.
