Recently refurbished two bedroom villa set in the popular Rocha Brava resort. Close to one of the three resorts swimming pools, and a short distance walk to the nearest beach. This villa has the added bonus of a unique mezzanine gallery with spiral staircase, which can sleep a further two people or be used as added living space. (Child stair gate available)

Travel: Villa is approx 40 mins drive from Faro Airport. Taxis are available at the airport. Details of local firms who will do airport transfers are available. Car hire is not essential, but would give you more freedom to visit nearby beaches and towns. There is a mini bus which runs from Rocha Brava reception twice per day into Carvoeiro. There is a reasonable local bus service, and tours can be booked via reception

Local Attractions: There are two nearby water parks, and Zoomarine, which is a great family day out. Nearby towns of Lagos and Portimao are a short car journey away, Algarve Shopping approx 20 mins drive away has a multiplex cinema and bowling alley. The Monchique mountains and the historical town of Silves are only a short drive away.

Golf: Golf: There are two 18 hole Golf Courses nearby Vale de Pinta & Gramacho 5 kms away, Nr Carvoeiro. Vale De Milho, a nine hole Par 3 course is less than 500mtres away. Championship courses are available at Penina (25 minutes drive), Palmares (35 mins drive) and numerous courses within the Vilamoura area approximately 40 mins away.

Other Activities: Tennis available at the resort, professional coach on site.

our 4th visit to this villa we love it so much we will be back handy for everything you need for young or old. villa clean and holds everything
you need for an easy self catering holiday.plenty of bars and restaurents close by our favorite bar for a nightcap is Helders Tropical Bar just around the corner from villa where you always get a warm welcome.the owners are always helpful and i would recommend their villa to everyone

Rocha Brava Villa - 2 week stay

The property lived up to the description we had received. It was very clean and equiped for all our needs for a 2 week stay e.g. kitchen equipment, linen and a very handy bbq.

We loved the location of the villa as it was within walking distance of a very nice swimming pool. Our kids love football so the private garden was well used as it was very well maintained.

I would recommend this property to friends in the future and we hope to go back their ourselves as we enjoyed our holiday so much.

Had a great holiday again on our 2nd visit to this villa. The owners offer excellent customer service and booking was easy. The villa is clean and well maintained and is located close to 1 of the 3 pools on this relaxed and friendly complex. Good restaurants and shops are on site or within easy walking distance offering choice for all. Nearest beach is also within walking distance although it is down a steep cliff. We found it useful to hire a car to get to supermarkets, attractions and places of interest, although bus trips to all are possible. Our children loved being in and around the pools on site and Zoomarine and Aqualand were their favourite days out. We enjoyed it so much we've already re-booked for next year.
