Luxurious villa with air con, own heated pool and stunning views.

An individual and stunning detached villa with air conditioning, heating and own heated pool, with views across a golf course to the sea. All rooms are bright and modern and have direct access to a large terrace. The open plan lounge and dining area is spacious and has large doors out to an eating area on the terrace. The gardens are very secluded and with mature palm trees and other tropical plants. There are several outdoor eating areas around the lovely courtyard, terrace and pool areas, and two built in BBQs. Satellite TV with Sky sports is provided. This villa offers excellent value and has been priced lower than similar villas in the area. Guests will be delighted with its value for money.

Casa Marianna is located near the popular Vale de Milho golf course a mile from Carvoeiro, which is a picturesque former fishing village, and is in an area known for its lovely walks. A major feature of the area are the tall cliffs with stunning views of small coves and interesting rock formations. Although there are many restaurants and cafes near the villa, there are many more in Carvoeiro which is well serviced with good restaurants, bars, places of entertainment and shops. The area has many attractions including water parks for children and attractive beaches.

Notes:

This dream holiday villa is very well appointed and equipped and is tastefully furnished to a very high standard. All bedrooms have direct access to the large terrace and the swimming pool area is gated, therefore being safe for small children. There are two BBQ areas, one being in the inner court yard and the second by the pool. There are several outdoor dining areas. The large garden is planted with shrubs and fruit trees and is colourful all year round. Books, games and Cd's are provided. There are tennis racquets and golf clubs at the villa for the guests' use. Tennis courts are a few minutes drive away.

Tennis and walks

There are two tennis clubs, one of which is within easy walking distance, and the other a short drive away. Tennis racquets are provided in the villa and the local club has organised tennis sessions every day on a turn up and play basis. There are some beautiful walks along the coastal paths and in the pine forests of Monchique. The coastal path provide stunning views of interesting rock formations and the attractive coastline of the area. Access to this path is just a short walk from the villa.

Beaches and water sports

There are a number of lovely beaches nearby, the nearest is 900 meters away. Snorkeling and other water sports are available nearby as well as big game fishing. There are two water parks within a short drive of the villa, one being the 'Slide and Splash' in Lagoa and the other near Alcantarilha.

Golf Information:

The villa overlooks an attractive 9 hole par 3 golf course. Other nearby golf courses include Pinta, Gramacho, Alto Golf and Morgado which are all 18 holes. There are many others within 30 minutes drive.
