An individual and stunning detached villa with air conditioning, own heated pool and with a childrens' play area. There are views across the golf course to the sea and Centianes beach is a short walk away.

The accommodation is ideal for two families as there are 2 large bedrooms each end of the villa, separated by the reception rooms. The villa sleeps 9 people plus baby comfortably but can accommodate more by using the double sofa bed in the lounge . Satellite English TV including sports and movie channels are provided.

This villa with its large garden, and attractive inner court yard, offers excellent value with air conditioning included in the rental rate. The newly tiled pool is large and is accessed by steps from the main terrace through a lockable gate. There is a grassed area of the garden with childrens' climbing frame, slide and swings and the whole property is fenced and with an electric gate for security.

Casa Marianna is located near the popular Vale de Milho golf course a mile from the busy resort of Carvoeiro, which is a picturesque former fishing village, and is in an area known for its lovely walks. A major feature of the area are the tall cliffs with stunning views of small coves and interesting rock formations. There are many restaurants and cafes near the villa and surrounding area, and it is within about 7 minutes drive of the popular Slide & Splash in Lagoa. The larger town of Portimao is about 10 km.

This is the perfect location for both a quiet relaxing holiday and nearby to sports facililites such as tennis, golf, scuba diving and horse riding and we provide equipment for many of these sports. Centianes beach, with its popular cafe and restaurant, is a short walk away.

Although the villa overlooks a 9 hole golf course, there are many larger and top class golf courses in the area, the nearest being Gramacho and Pinto which are located about 10 minutes drive.

Notes: This comfortable holiday villa is very well appointed and equipped and is tastefully furnished to a high standard including a large flat screen TV offering English Satellite channels. All bedrooms are of equal size with plenty of cupboard space and with large patio doors with insect screens. There are two BBQ areas, one being in the inner court yard and the second by the pool and there are several outdoor dining areas. The large garden is planted with shrubs and fruit trees and is colourful all year round and with a new childrens' play area with swings, slide and climbing frame. Other facilities are wireless internet access, books, games and DVDs. There are tennis racquets and golf clubs at the villa for the guests' use. Tennis courts are a few minutes drive away and the golf course is opposite the villa. The large and newly tiled swimming pool is on a lower level to the main accommodation and terrace and is accessed via a lockable gate from the terrace and is child safe.

Tennis and walks: There are two tennis clubs, one of which is within easy walking distance, and the other a short drive away. Tennis racquets are provided in the villa and the local club has organised tennis sessions every day on a turn up and play basis.

There are some beautiful walks along the coastal paths and in the pine forests of Monchique. The coastal path provides stunning views of interesting rock formations and the attractive coastline of the area. Access to this path is just a short walk from the villa.

Beaches and attractions: There are a number of lovely beaches nearby, the nearest, Centianes, is 700 meters away.

Snorkeling, scuba diving and other water sports and water parks are available nearby as well as big game fishing and many other activities/attractions which you can arrange tickets and pick up from local travel agents in Carvoeiro if you do not have your own transport.

Golf:

The villa overlooks an attractive 9 hole par 3 golf course but there are numerous other larger golf courses within easy reach.

The perfect two family holiday

Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The pool is amazing and our 4 year old has taken his first strokes without armbands this holiday. We found the villa perfect for a two family holiday.

Best villa yet

This is our 7th trip to Portugal (6th to this area) and without a doubt this is the best villa we have stayed in. The facilities are excellent and good value for money and were accurately described on the website. If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday (our party included grandparents, parents, teenagers and a child) this villa is ideal and in a good location for day trips and golf. We had a fabulous time and are sad to be going home. We hope to come back next year.
