This is a superb new 2 story villa with stunning views situated in residential area yet only short stroll down to the lively center of Carvoeiro and its beaches. The villa comprises: 3 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en- suite) on the lower ground floor, kitchen, open plan Sitting/Dining Room and shower room on the ground floor. The sliding doors from all the bedrooms lead onto the large sun terrace with steps down to the pool area. Fully fitted kitchen. Comfortable Sitting room with Sky TV /free channels/, music system, DVD player and separate dining area. The doors from the sitting room open onto the balcony with the outside furniture. Private Swimming Pool 4x8 meters with sun lounges and umbrellas. Underfloor heating for winter months (at extra cost). Fenced garden with electric gates. Private parking. Maid service once a week is included.

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area only 800 meters down the hill to the Carvoeiro center and the beach. Carvoeiro, until recently a small fishing village, has lost little of its original charm. Today, the village extends to the surrounding hillsides with a combination of beautifully designed individual villas, low rise holiday apartments and a number of extensive holiday complexes which cater for all needs. The three main streets of the village are lined with a wonderful selection of restaurants, bars and tourist shops. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta along with a 9 hole par 3 course at Vale do Milho are located just outside the village and two well managed Tennis Centres are also within easy reach.There are around 8 beaches within short drive from Carvoeiro. Some of the beaches are sheltered by high cliffs whilst others extend for many kilometers. Large Water Park Slide & Splash is 5 km, Zoomarine is 18 km away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Maid service once a week is included. Linen and bath towels are provided and will be changed once a week. Please bring your beach towels with you. There are free standing electric fans in the villa.
    As a small family business we look after a few villas in Carvoeiro area. We live in Carvoeiro and know the area extremely well. Should you arrive after 9pm we leave a food pack (milk, tea bags, butter, bread, water) for you. We meet and greet you and provide you with local maps, tourist’s guides and brochures, organize trips, excursions, help you to book tickets to Water Parks, golf courses, and get a taxi. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival.
    We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Our mobile phone number is available during your stay for 24 hours for emergency calls.
    Baby cot and high chair are provided.
  • Generally, entry the villa is after 2 pm, (though it should be expected that the maids may still be working if you arrive early afternoon). On departure day you must vacate by 10am (should you arrive earlier or leave later in the day we will do our utmost to help you).
    On arrival a refundable security deposit 200 euros for villa may be requested in some properties. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on departure providing no breakages have occurred. A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. We accept payment in Sterling or in Euro made via bank transfer or cheque.
  • Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for the prices.
