This individually furnished detached villa set in large beautifully landscaped garden with private pool. The villa is situated in a residential area of Sesmarias which is 2,5 km from Carvoeiro and the beaches. The villa comprises: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (all en-suite), kitchen, spacious sitting room and conservatory. Very spacious fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast table. Sitting room with large Plasma TV, DVD player. Three bright and spacious bedrooms are with en-suite bathrooms and TV in every room. All rooms are on the ground floor. The doors from the sitting room opens off to the sunny conservatory with comfortable suite, dining table and TV. All TVs have Sky channels. Private Swimming Pool 4x8 meters. There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas around the pool. BBQ. Outside table with chairs. Beautifully landscaped garden with lawns.

Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta are located just outside the village within walking distance from the villa and Carvoeiro Tennis Club is 2km away. There are a few restaurants, bars, coffee shops and mini market within short drive from the villa. Carvoeiro is 3 km and Praia da Rocha with its busy life is 7 km away from the villa. Slide and Splash, a large water fun park is 5 min drive. Zoomarine with its assortment of performing and rare sea creatures and unforgettable experience of swimming with the dolphins is 15 min drive.
