The property has delightful sea views and is situated on the luxury resort of Monte Carvoeiro, located on the cliff tops above the former fishing village of Carvoeiro. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 upstairs with patio doors leading onto a balcony, en-suite bathroom with double sink unit, bath with shower, WC and bidet. Downstairs is bedroom 2. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with built in chest of drawers and safes. Also downstairs is a shower room with a walk in shower, sink and WC. The lounge area has 2 sofas one turning into a double bed. TV with English channels, and a dining area with table and chairs to seat 6 people. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped. Leading from the lounge is the patio and grass area with table and chairs for 4 and 2 sun loungers. The property is fully air conditioned. The resort of Monte Carvoeiro has its own square having a good selection of bars and restaurants. Also on site is a well stocked supermarket, coffee shop and doctor.

Carvoeiro is a picturesque fishing village about 45 minutes drive from Faro airport. There is a sandy beach a good selection of bars and restaurants just a 5 minute walk from the property, which is situated in a quiet and elevated position. Also nearby is the Slide and Splash Water Park and Zoomarine where you can swim with the dolphins. Tennis courts are available for hire at Carvoeiro Tennis Club a 5 minute drive away. Gramacho and Pinta golf courses are a 10 minute drive away. Carvoeiro is an ideal resort for families and couples who want a relaxing holiday. Being situated where it is makes it ideal for exploring the Algarve.

Lovely villa clean and tidy home from home with beautiful views.

The villa is centrally located with great restarants in the nearby complex.

Would recommend this villa an will return next year.

Wide variety of restaurants in the town and lovely beaches and coves in the surrounding area.

This is not our first visit to Carvoeiro it is a lovely resort it has a nice mix of bars and restaurants.We chose this apartment after our parents stayed there in 2008 it situated just short distance from the town centre although the walk into town is downhill and you need to navigate some steps which can be a bit heavy going on returning depending on how good a night you have or you could just take a cab which are reasonably priced and readily available.The apartment is clean and nicely laid out and i cannot fault it the complex it is situated has a good range of restaurants to cover all tastes the pool is located nearby and has a pool bar which can purchase drinks snacks or order meals the staff are friendly a if you have any special requirements just ask and they will do what the can to meet your needs.I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at this apartment to anyone which i have done so with this in mind we have already booked for 2010.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A lovely holiday home in a beautiful setting. Well furnished and maintained Wonderful sea views. Great restaurants close by, superb beaches. Especially Praia Paraiso, which is 5 minutes walk away, but does have alot of steps. However it is much quieter that the main beach in Carvoeiro.
The complex was good, the only gripe we had was the pool area was very busy and noisy. Very difficult to get a sunbed there.
Would recommend having a car as you are able to visit lovely beaches,and villages in the surrounding area.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

excellent location lovely sea views from the terrace whilst having a barbecue or breakfast.
The property was very clean and comfortable. 5 mins walk into the village and beach but very hilly and not for anyone with walking disabilities. The owner has thought of everything you may need to make your stay more comfortable. Plenty of excellent restaurants both on the complex and the surrounding areas. I would recommend it to couples or families.

Fantastic Apartment, very clean, nicely furnished, all mod cons such as sky box, DVD player, CD player, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, air conditioning (which was a blessing when the temperature hit 34C).
Situated 10 minutes walk from Carvoeiro centre at the top of a steep hill thus providing great views out to sea, but not recommended for older people with walking difficulties.
The restaurants on site are of a very high calibre, certainly as good if not better than the restaurants in the centre. We have stayed at this resort on 4 occasions and we have not been dissapointed yet. Carvoeiro beach is lovely and clean, very close to the apartment and seconds from Carvoeiro centre, thus should you require lunch, or a coffee there are many options available.
Carvoeiro itself is currently undergoing a facelift, so access to the centre by car is restricted, but this should only last until mid July (2009) all being well. To explore the Algarve properly a car is a must, but if you intend to just relax around the pool or down at the beach then not essential, although transfers are expensive as the resort is around 45 mins from the airport. If you have children, Zoo Marine and Slide & Splash are not be missed as they are a great day out. For the bigger kids the Go Carting at Amancil is fantastic but maybe a little expensive.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
