Situated in a quiet cul de sac on Aerias dos Moinhos this lovely well maintained 3/4 bedroom south facing villa stands in its own mature garden of about a 1/3rd of an acre. A shaded terrace with steps leading to its own private heated swimming pool which is surrounded by a large sun terrace with a barbeque and gazebo. The villa is about a 15 minute walk to the centre of the village and beach and enjoys panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. The villa is managed locally and regular visits are made to ensure all is well in the event of problems the house manager can be contacted by phone.

Situated a few minutes drive from the centre of the lovely fishing village of Carvoeiro with its many shops, banks, chemist, boutiques and a fish and fruit market and a wide choice of restaurants. There are discos and next to the beach, coffee bars and ice cream parlours. The Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 golf course and 2 18 hole courses at Pestana are within 5 minutes drive. Tennis courts at the Carvoeiro Club and a single court within 3 minutes walk. There are several beautiful beaches close by, some within easy walking distance. A supermarket a short walk away whilst the Intermarche superstore is a few minutes drive on the main Lagoa /Carvoeiro road.It is an ideal location for excursions to the Monchique, Silves, Lagos, Sagres, Cape St Vincent and Tavira even a day trip to Seville.

Notes: Pool heating cot and high chair extra as required. The villa must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Car hire can be arranged from Faro airport at competitive rates. The villa has 2000 litre water storage tanks to ensure water supply during any shortages. We employ a local management company who are on hand to deal with any problems which may arise during your stay. We have also recently bought a table tennis table which can keep the whole family active.
