Notes to the rental rates

• A 25% non returnable deposit is required to seal the booking. The balance plus a returnable £150 Breakages and damages deposit will be required 2 calendar months prior to arrival.Changeover days are Saturdays. Others may be available on request, please contact the rental manager. Rates are based on 8 persons occupying. Each additional person over 8 people is charged at a small extra charge. Linen is changed every week, towels every 3-4 days. For a small extra charge, the maid will do any washing or ironing required during guests' stay on request. A £150 Breakages and Damages deposit is required prior to entry.
  
• Pool Heating is available during the colder months if required. £150 is charged for the first week, £50 for the second. (First week due to start up costs. The pool is heated to the required temp on arrival, not merely switched on, on arrival).
  
• Check in time is 1400, check out is 1000.

The Swimming Pool (Heated if Required)

The private swimming pool is specifically for guests of the villa only. There are sunbeds, parasols, tables and chairs for guests' use. At one end of the pool there is a shower, at the other end, a purpose-built BBQ and permanent table and seating for 'al fresco' dining. The pool has a powerful heater should this be required for winter months. There is an additional cost for this. (See Rates).

Large Utility Room & Kitchen

The Utility Room is accessed through the kitchen and has all the amenities you will need for a comfortable holiday which include: A washing machine, dryer, large fridge/freezer (additional to one in the kitchen), separate small fridge, iron and ironing table. The kitchen has every utility including a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a very handy drinking water tap (with filter), handy for squash drinks and avoiding the necessity to carry heavy water containers from the supermarket.

Scenic Gardens

The villa has a well laid out garden area and a path has been laid so that guests can walk around and enjoy the views. Situated in the garden is a wooden Gazebo set on a concrete plynth for those who want to get away from the hot afternoon sun and relax in the shade. There are plenty of other shaded areas in the garden.
