A modern south facing spacious air conditioned villa. 5 large double bedrooms 5 bathrooms(3 en-suite) 2 large lounges and games room with table tennis, pool table and play station. Kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer microwave, dishwasher and washing m/c. 5 Bedrooms comprise a master suite with en-suite bathroom, dressing area and private balcony,en-suite king room, double bedroom and 2 large twin rooms. Main lounge with 50 inch TV , sat &CD player, log burning fire, dining table, doors to balcony with outdoor dining overlooking pool and garden. The villa is extremely private entered via remote controlled gates and well bordered with walls and mature hedging, very attractive gardens and drive with room for several cars but only a 20 min walk to town 10min to beach.(3min drive) The property sleeps 10, but we can supply 2 x cots and/or 4 Z beds for infants. The heated pool is 10m X 5m, surrounded with sunbathing terraces, gardens with BBQ, and beautifully lit for evening entertainmen

The Villa is situated some 20 minutes walk from the village, and approx 10 minutes walk to Centeanes Beach, with its superb beach side restaurant. Carvoeiro has many superb restaurants to suit all cuisines and a multitude of good bars for entertainment. There are also many banks, shops, mini-mercado's & pharmacies situated in the village. Many of the attractions such as Zoomarine (where you can swim with dolphins), Slide & Splash & Aqualand are within 20/25 mins drive from the villa. If Golf is your penchant, there are 5 18-hole championship golf courses within 15min drive. There is also a well-designed 9 hole par 3 course at Vale do Milho a 2 min drive away. Carvoeiro is also central to many sightseeing venues such as Monchique, Silves and the West Coast Atlantic seaboard where there are breathtaking views on offer.

  • Rates above are for 12 persons. Additional persons over this no. (on cots or Z Beds) will be charged at £50 per week per person. Deposit of 25% of total price required to secure the booking. The balance plus a returnable Breakages and Damages deposit of £300 is required 2 calendar months prior to arrival. The complete villa is fully air-conditioned which is included in the price.
  • Towels are changed mid week, linen once a week. Maid service twice weekly, included in price.
    Wireless broadband available within the villa at no extra cost. Guests must supply their own wireless capable laptops.

Notes: We have a no smoking policy inside the accommodation, but it is permitted on all balconies, terraces and outside areas. The complete villa is air-conditioned. These units are also used for heating in winter. For winter bookings, there is a wood burning fire as a central feature of the lounge. This quickly heats the whole lounge for those chilly evenings. (Logs supplied free of charge). The lounge has a TV, DVD and VHS system for entertainment plus a library of approximately 50 DVD's to select from. Sat free to air channels are connected for viewing. The pool is 10 x 5 metres with a shallow end of less than 1 metre. A purpose built BBQ with running water and preparation surfaces is set to the side of the terrace. Floodlights illuminate the area for evening entertainment around the pool, with a large table and chairs for Al Fresco dining. Check in is 1400 and check out at 1000 to allow for full clean up.

I went to the villa in 2008 with 4 of my friends and as we had such a fantastic time we decided to make the return trip this year. I cant fault the villa in any way, it felt like a home away from home!! It has everything you need to have a great holiday.

The rooms are clean, modern and spacious and the pool area is brilliant for just chilling in the sun shine all day.

We made trips into town on a few nights but were otherwise happy to stay in, sit on the balcony and enjoy the evenings in the villa.

I would definately reccomend the villa for groups and families. We are already planning our trip back for 2010!!

I went to this stunning villa with 3 of my friends and it was absolutely amazing, the description does not do it justice, we spend most of our days their and would like to have spent a few more, it was clean spacious and a pleasure to be in, everything you could possible need and more was supplied, the heated pool was a dream come, and luckily enough i had the kingsize bedroom with the dressing room ensuit and my own balcony, all the rooms were top class, and you could easily go with another family because there is a self contained flat, i will definately return.

This house was extremely well kept and managed, house keeping was top class and management looked after our every needs including supplying stairs gates for children. I would recommend a car as beach and town is just that little bit away for children and elderly to walk. This house I would definately recommend and hope to use again next year.

I went to this villa with 9 of my fellow post-grads, and it was fantastic - the pictures don't do it justice at all, much more spacious than it looks, and plenty of room. Maria was very friendly and extremely useful in terms of info about the surrounding area.

There's plenty to keep anyone entertained - for us it was occasional sight seeing, plenty of bars and general Portuguese experiences (including the water park, which was well-worth a visit). Plenty of different types of bars, from cocktails to all the beer you could ever need (quality wine too). The town was a walkable distance and the closet beach was easy to get to, we didn't have a car and had no problems at all. The beaches themselves were amazing, postcard material. This villa really would suit anyone of any ages, and we all hope to come back at some point!
