Fabulous 3 Bed Villa With Private Pool Close to Carvoeiro Centre

Casa Maui is a luxury holiday villa with private pool located in the leafy area of Quinta do Paraiso, only 10 minutes walk from Carvoeiro and close to some of the best golf courses in Portugal. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has one double and two twin bedrooms with two bright and modern bath/shower rooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning/heating units. There is parking for two cars, and the entrance is via a Calcada stone path with ornate and extremely well managed gardens with palms, banana and fig trees surrounding the whole property. To the side of the villa, there is also a children's play area with slide and swings. In addition to the villa's private pool, the owners have arranged that guests can also use Quinta do Paraiso's large communal pool, 3 minutes walk from Casa Maui. This villa has every ingredient for an enjoyable family holiday.

The name Quinta do Paraiso means Paradise Farm, and it's leafy green surroundings and quiet and serene location, is perfect for a family holiday. Carvoeiro Town centre is a 10 minute walk away for your evenings out to the numerous quality restaurants and bars that Carvoeiro has to offer. There are beaches, water parks, dive centres, tennis, golf and many other activities, all within easy distance. You do not require a hire car or taxis for your local nights out, but most other attractions, including golf, are within easy driving distance. (For example Slide & Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine where you can swim with dolphins, and three 18 hole championship golf courses are within 15-20 minutes driving distance).

Notes to the rental rates

  • A 25% non returnable deposit is required on booking. The balance plus a returnable £150 Breakages and Damages deposit is required 2 calendar months prior to holiday start. Air conditioning is available at an additional charge of £35 per week if required. Winter heating from air con units is also £35 per week. (However there is a wood burning fire in the lounge which creates alot of heat).
    The above rental rates are based on a max of 6 persons occupying the villa. For 7th-8th persons, an additional 7% per person on base charge is required. A cot and high chair are available at no extra charge.

There is a no smoking policy inside the villa but it is permitted outside on terraces. Other facilities available to Casa Maui guests in the Quinta do Paraiso complex are as follows: Table tennis, billiards, playground area for children, crazy golf, tennis, volleyball and a diving centre. A supermarket, three bars and two restaurants are on your doorstep, within 3 minutes walk. Internet and email access is available from the Quinta do Paraiso reception. A mini-bus service is available from Quinta do Paraiso to Carvoeiro centre, two to three times daily.

Attractions

Two large water parks, Aqualand and Slide & Splash are in the area. The latter 10 mins drive, the former 15-20 mins. ZooMarine, where you can swim with dolphins, and watch aquatic shows is also within 20 minutes drive.

Algarve Flights

Inexpensive sightseeing flights around the Algarve are available in a light plane with up to 3 passengers, (British piloted). Please ask for details.

Other Activities Jeep Safaris, Sub Aqua excursions/courses, Scenic flights in Cessna Aircraft around Algarve, Pony trekking.

Golf Information:

There are two 18 hole championship golf courses within 15 minutes drive from the villa, namely Pinta and Gramacho. There is also a very well designed 9 hole (par 3) course just on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, around 5 minutes drive away. Penina and the 'Golden Triangle' courses are also just a short drive away.
