This luxury is situated in the old fishing town of Carvoeiro with its bars, restaurants, shops and is just a short walk from the centre of the village and the beaches. Luxuriously furnished to an extremely high standard this villa is a dream holiday home with a nice personal touch. All rooms are bright, modern and spacious. The open plan living / dining room features a fire place, comfortable leather suite, satellite TV, DVD player. Doors open on to the pool area and sun terrace with barbecue and dining furniture. Two bedrooms on the first floor share a full bathroom. The doors from the master double bedroom and twin bedroom lead on to a sun terrace with views of the sea. Two double bedrooms, full bathroom and a shower room on the ground floor. The villa has spacious fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table. Maid service three times a week. Private parking. We have a good selection of villas with private pools to offer. Please enquire for availability.

This private villa is ideally situated in a quiet residential area and yet is only a 15 min walk from the Carvoeiro center and two prettiest beaches Praia do Carvoeiro and Praia do Paraiso. The village of Carvoeiro with a beach off the squire and a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops is 1000m (partly down the hill). The restaurants, bars and supermarket of Monte Carvoeiro are only 15 min flat easy walk. Vila Nova mini market and restaurant is 500 m away. Within ten minutes drive of the village many more beaches can be found, ranging from small quiet coves in Ferragudo to long wide beaches in Armação. Close to Carvoeiro there are many small villages, with some really excellent restaurants to choose from. There are several water parks and a Zoo Marine within a short drive. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta along with a 9 hole par 3 course at Vale do Milho are located just outside the village and Carvoeiro Tennis Club is 2 km

Additional information about rental rates

  • Maid service twice a week is included. Towels are provided and will be changed twice a week. Linen changed once a week. Please bring your beach towels with you. There are free standing electric fans in the villa.
    As a small family business we look after a few villas in Carvoeiro area. We live in Carvoeiro and know the area extremely well. Should you arrive after 9pm we leave a food pack (milk, tea bags, butter, bread, water) for you. We meet and greet you and provide you with local maps, tourist’s guides and brochures, organize trips, excursions, help you to book tickets to Water Parks, golf courses, and get taxi. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival.
    We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Our mobile phone number is available during your stay for 24 hours for emergency calls.
    Baby cot and high chair are provided. We can also provide a camp bed for one extra child.
  • Generally, entry the villa is after 2 pm, (though it should be expected that the maids may still be working if you arrive early afternoon). On departure day you must vacate by 10am (should you arrive earlier or leave later in the day we will do our utmost to help you).
    On arrival a refundable security deposit 200.00euro for villa may be requested in some properties. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on departure providing no breakages have occurred. A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. We accept payment in Sterling or in Euro made via bank transfer or cheque.
    Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for the prices.

  • SPECIAL WINTER DISCOUNTS:
    From November to March - for a stay for 4 weeks or more = 225.00 Euro PER WEEK. The cost of the electricity in winter months is to be paid by the tenant. This will be charged according to the electric meter. Linen and towels changing once a week and final cleaning of the villa included

great villa, excellent location

We spent two weeks with our young children here in September and we had a great time. Everything was clean, there are all the facilities a family needs and it was just such a convenient location close to all facilities and two wonderful beaches. The children had great fun in the pool as well as the run of the beach. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a quality villa in a beautiful location. Mark and Sue.
