Villa with large pool and garden set in the quiet residential area 10 min walk to the nearest beach and a few min drive to Carvoeiro center. Sitting room with fire place, TV with free English channels, CD player. Fully fitted kitchen and separate dining room. Two bedrooms share a shower room. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and 2 bunk beds and can accommodate up to 4 children. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the doors open onto the sun terrace and pool area. Patio doors from the sitting room lead off to a terrace with plenty of outside furniture. The large terrace area is shaded by roller blind and overlooks swimming pool (12m x 6m) with Roman steps and shower. There are sun lounges and umbrellas around the pool. The terrace continues round the property to a brick built BBQ. The whole villa is surrounded by private gardens adding to your own privacy. Roof terrace with sea views. Private parking. We provide electric heaters in winter and free standing electric fans.

The villa is situated in a very peaceful area 5 min walk from Vale do Milho golf course and 5 min drive or 20 min walk from center of Carvoeiro village with its wonderful selection of restaurants, bars, tourist shops and the beaches. There are a few beaches within easy reach: Praia de Centianes is just 10 min walk, Praia do Carvalho is 1,5 km, Praia do Benagil is 2 km and Praia do Carvoeiro beach is 2,5 km from the villa. Rocha Brava with its restaurants, bars and mini market is 10-15 min walk away. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta are 10 min to drive. Slide and Splash, a large water fun park is located only 10 km away. Zoomarine with its assortment of performing and sea creatures is 15 km.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Maid service twice a week is included. Towels are provided and will be changed twice a week. Linen changed once a week. Please bring your beach towels with you. There are free standing electric fans in the villa.
    As a small family business we look after a few villas in Carvoeiro area. We live in Carvoeiro and know the area extremely well. Should you arrive after 9pm we leave a food pack (milk, tea bags, butter, bread, water) for you. We meet and greet you and provide you with local maps, tourist’s guides and brochures, organize trips, excursions, help you to book tickets to Water Parks, golf courses, and get taxi. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival.
    We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Our mobile phone number is available during your stay for 24 hours for emergency calls.
    Baby cot and high chair are provided.
  • Generally, entry the villa is after 2 pm, (though it should be expected that the maids may still be working if you arrive early afternoon). On departure day you must vacate by 10am (should you arrive earlier or leave later in the day we will do our utmost to help you).
    On arrival a refundable security deposit 200.00euro for villa may be requested in some properties. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on departure providing no breakages have occurred. A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. We accept payment in Sterling or in Euro made via bank transfer or cheque.
    Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for the prices.
