Family villa with private pool, mature garden and sea views
The villa with private pool and garden set in the residential and exclusive area of Vale do Milho. Spacious lounge with fire place, TV with English channels, CD player. Patio doors lead off to a side terrace area with BBQ, dining furniture. Steps lead up to the roof terrace with fantastic view of the countryside and Ocean. The large terrace area is shaded by roller blind, which over looks swimming pool / 12m x 6m with Roman steps and a separate outside shower/. The terrace continues round the property to a larger brick built BBQ. The whole villa is surrounded by private gardens adding to your own privacy. Fully fitted kitchen, separate dining room. Two bedrooms share a shower room. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and 2 bunk beds which will accommodate up to 4 children. The villa is situated in a very peaceful area 5 min walk from Vale do Milho golf course and 5 min drive or 20 min walk from center of Carvoeiro village with its wonderful selection of restaurants, bars, tourist shops and the beaches. Benagil beach is 2 km fro the villa. Rocha Brava with its restaurants and bars is 10 min walk away. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta are 10 min to drive. Slide and Splash, a large water fun park is located only minutes away. Zoomarine with its assortment of performing and sea creatures is 15 min to drive.
