Casa Teodora is a spacious villa with a large private pool 6x11m, set in mature beautifully landscaped gardens and just a few min walk from Carvoeiro centre and it’s beaches /about 5-7 min walk/. Spacious tastefully decorated sitting/ dining room with comfortable suite, fire place, Satellite TV on the ground floor. Sliding doors open in to sun terrace with dining furniture and relaxing view of the garden. There are three twin bedrooms all en-suite and kitchen on the ground floor. Large master double bedroom with en-suit shower room is on the first floor. The doors open in to terrace with stunning sea views. Fully equipped kitchen. There is a Barbeque terrace outside the kitchen facing the gardens and pool. The villa has private parking. Maid service 5 times a week. This private villa is ideally situated in a quiet residential area and yet is only a 5-7 min walk from the Carvoeiro village center. The nearest beach Praia do Paraiso is 5 min to walk. The restaurants, bars and supermarket of Monte Carvoeiro are only 5 min walk. The village with its pretty beach has a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Within ten minutes drive of the village many more beaches can be found, ranging from small quiet coves in Ferragudo to long wide beaches in Armação. Close to Carvoeiro there are many small villages, with some really excellent restaurants to choose from. There are several water parks and a Zoo Marine within a short drive. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta along with a 9 hole par 3 course at Vale do Milho are located just outside the village and Carvoeiro Tennis Club are 2 km away. The villa has its own large garden and very safe for the families with children.
