This is a superb detached air-conditioned new villa with private heated pool and garden. It is situated only 800 meters from the nearest beach. The villa comprises: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 reception rooms, fully fitted kitchen, and dining room. Large sitting room with fire place, Satellite TV, music system is on the ground floor. Sliding doors lead off to pool terrace, pool area and beautifully landscaped garden. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and family bathroom. Master double bedroom with a large double bed, en-suite bathroom and private sitting room are on the first floor. The doors open onto large private sun terrace with sea views. All rooms are air conditioned. Swimming Pool (6X8m) with steps and a small shallow children pool. Pool side shower, sun beds. terraces with barbecue, dining tables and poolside furniture. Private parking. The garden is fenced with gates. Pool heating on request at extra charge.

The villa is situated only 800 meters from the nearest beach Senhora da Rocha, 2 km from Praia do Armação with its glories 6 km sandy beach, cafes and numerous shops, bars and restaurants along the picturesque promenade. 10 min drive away there is Carvoeiro with its beautiful coastline, many beaches, bars and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is about 10-15 walk. The water park Slide&Splash, Aqua Land, Crazy World and Zoo Marine are the ideal places to take your family and situated just short drive away. The high light is the Sand Sculptures Exhibition in Algoz. Within only 15 minutes by car you will reach the new Algarve Shopping Center with 6 movies, 12 bowling lanes, various restaurants and over 140 shops.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Cost of air conditioning is extra £100 a week. £13 a day for the heating of the pool, £45 if the pool has to be pre-heated before arrival.
    Maid service twice a week is included. Towels are provided and will be changed twice a week. Linen changed once a week. Please bring your beach towels with you.
  • As a small family business we look after a few villas in the area. Should you arrive after 9pm we leave a food pack (milk, tea bags, butter, bread, water) for you. We meet and greet you and provide you with local maps, tourist’s guides and brochures, organized trips, excursions, help you to book tickets to Water Parks, golf courses, and get a taxi. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival.
    We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Our mobile phone number is available during your stay for 24 hours for emergency calls.
    Baby cot and high chair are provided. We can also provide a camp bed for one extra child.
  • Generally, entry the villa is after 2 pm, (though it should be expected that the maids may still be working if you arrive early afternoon). On departure day you must vacate by 10am (should you arrive earlier or leave later in the day we will do our utmost to help you).
    On arrival a refundable security deposit 200 euros per villa may be requested in some properties. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on departure providing no breakages have occurred. A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. We accept payment in Sterling or in Euro made via bank transfer or cheque.
    Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for the prices.

We had a very nice holiday in this villa. It is a superb, clean, and very well maintained villa with an amazing pool and a lovely garden. The outside area is wonderful, with plenty of sun beds, dining tables and a barbeque. We have to admit that we probably spent more time outside than in, although the bedrooms and the living room were very cozy and fresh. We would recommend hiring a car, to easily visit Carvoeiro and Armação de Pera, which are two very nice towns with plenty of restaurants and gorgeous beaches. We have to thank Galia for all her help and the friendly maid that came twice a week and kept the villa spotless. We are definitely considering coming back next summer.

What hit us most was sheer comfort of the villa with beautiful décor, fully fitted kitchen, maid service was fantastic and the gardens keeping place immaculate. Large swimming pool beside the covered outside eating area and excellent garden with plenty of grass were ideal for our family (age from2 to 65). The property was clean, cared for and well maintained. There is a supermarket within walking distance and the town with many shops and excellent eating places is easily assessable within 5 min drive or 20 min walk along beautiful coast. One of the prettiest beaches Senhora da Rocha is within short walk. Armacao is perfect for strolling or sitting outside a café and enjoying view of the sea. Beach in the center is probably one of the largest in Algarve but pleasant and very child friendly. A fantastic villa overall in a lovely location…we may be back.
