Two story newly refurbished villa with private pool, garden and sea views is situated in a complex Vila Nova and about 10 min walk to Carvoeiro centre and two beaches. Comfortable spacious sitting/dining room with open fireplace, Satellite TV, CD music center. Sliding doors open off to private fenced garden with large swimming pool (5X10m). Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private sitting area is on the first floor. Patio doors lead from the master bedroom on to a sun terrace with stunning sea views. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor: double bedroom (en-suite) and two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Fully fitted kitchen. Outside area designed for comfortable and enjoyable holidays: covered sun terraces with outside furniture, BBQ, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas around the pool, poolside shower and fenced private garden with electric gates and room for two cars. Maid service twice a week. Alarm. Safe. Reception on sight.

This private villa is ideally situated in a quiet area in Vila Nova complex and yet is only a 15 min walk from the Carvoeiro village center and two beaches. Vila Nova with superb restaurant, bar, communal pool, children play ground and mini market is ideal place for the families with children. The guests of the villa can also use communal pool. Monte Carvoeiro with restaurants, bars, mini market is 1000m easy walk. The village of Carvoeiro with a beach off the squire and a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops is 1000m (partly down the hill). Within ten minutes drive of the village many more beaches can be found. Close to Carvoeiro there are many small villages, with some really excellent restaurants to choose from. Large Water Park is 7 min drive, Zoo Marine within a short drive. Two 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta along with a 9 hole par 3 course at Vale do Milho are located just outside the village and Carvoeiro Tennis Club is 2km away

Additional information about rental rates

  • Maid service twice a week is included. Towels are provided and will be changed twice a week. Linen changed once a week. Please bring your beach towels with you. There are free standing electric fans in the villa.
    As a small family business we look after a few villas in Carvoeiro area. We live in Carvoeiro and know the area extremely well. Should you arrive after 9pm we leave a food pack (milk, tea bags, butter, bread, water) for you. We meet and greet you and provide you with local maps, tourist’s guides and brochures, organize trips, excursions, help you to book tickets to Water Parks, golf courses, and get taxi. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival.
    We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Our mobile phone number is available during your stay for 24 hours for emergency calls.
    Baby cot and high chair are provided. We can also provide a camp bed for one extra child.
  • Generally, entry the villa is after 2 pm, (though it should be expected that the maids may still be working if you arrive early afternoon). On departure day you must vacate by 10am (should you arrive earlier or leave later in the day we will do our utmost to help you).
    On arrival a refundable security deposit 200.00euro for villa may be requested in some properties. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on departure providing no breakages have occurred. A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. We accept payment in Sterling or in Euro made via bank transfer or cheque.
    Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for the prices.
