Vila Nova is a small complex situated in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Carvoeiro centre and its beaches. There are 26 two and three bedroom spacious apartments around large pool with separate children's pool and play area, small restaurant, pool bar, mini market, and on site reception. All apartments are individually furnished with fully fitted kitchens, large sitting/dining room with fire place, Satellite TV, double and twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The ground floor apartment has enclosed rear gardens with barbecue and front breakfast terraces. The first floor apartment has a large breakfast terrace and stairs leading to private sun terrace with barbecue. All 3 bedroom apartments are situated on the first floor. The stairs are leading up to the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a balcony with beautiful sea views. Parking. Maid service is 3 times a week. Plenty of sun lounges, umbrellas, outside shower and bathroom by the pool.

All three bedroom apartments are on the first floor. Large sitting/dining room with fire place, Satellite TV, double bedroom and twin bedroom both en-suite are on the first floor. Sliding doors open off to the large sun terrace with outside furniture to enjoy sea views and good weather. Stairs are leading up to the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom, large roof terrace with BBQ and stunning sea views. 3 bedroom apartments sleep up to 7 people. The village of Carvoeiro with its pretty beaches and a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops is about 10-15 min walk. Two beautiful beaches Praia do Paraiso and Praia do Carvoeiro within walking distance. Monte Carvoeiro area with restaurants, mini market and bars within easy walk. Carvoeiro tennis club is 1500 meters, Pinta and Gramacho golf is 4 km away. Slide & Splash Water Park is 6 km and Zoomarine 15km away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Maid service three times a week is included. Towels and linen are provided and will be changed once a week. Please bring your beach towels with you.
    As a small family business we look after a few apartments in Carvoeiro area. We live in Carvoeiro and know the area extremely well. Should you arrive after 9pm we leave a food pack (milk, tea bags, butter, bread, water) for you. We meet and greet you and provide you with local maps, tourist’s guides and brochures, organize trips, excursions, help you to book tickets to Water Parks, golf courses, and get taxi. We will provide you with detailed directions to the resort before your arrival.
    We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in your holiday accommodation. Our mobile phone number is available during your stay for 24 hours for emergency calls.
  • Generally, entry the apartment is after 2 pm, (though it should be expected that the maids may still be working if you arrive early afternoon). On departure day you must vacate by 10am (should you arrive earlier or leave later in the day we will do our utmost to help you).
    On arrival a refundable security deposit 100.00euro may be requested in some properties. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on departure providing no breakages have occurred. A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. We accept payment in Sterling or in Euro made via bank transfer or cheque.
    Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for the prices.

    Special winter discounts:
    From November to March - for a stay for 4 weeks or more = 150.00 £per week. The cost of the electricity in winter months is to be paid by the tenant. This will be charged according to the electric meter. Linen and towels changing once a week and final cleaning of the apartment included.
