Newly refurbished air conditioned villa is situated within walking distance of Carvoeiro center, about 1,5 km. A spacious four bedroom duplex villa surrounded by large gardens, a full size tennis court, private pool /8x4m/ and barbeque area. There are sun lounges, umbrellas around the pool and plenty of outside furniture on a few terraces. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor which comprise of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a separate bathroom. Also on this level there are a large fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with dining area, satellite TV, video recorder, stereo system and DVD Player. Leading up to the first level there is a master en-suite double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and patio doors lead out onto a large balcony with beautiful views. The villa is air conditioned throughout. Private parking for a few cars. Maid service twice a week.

This private villa is ideally situated in a quiet residential area and yet is only 1500 m from the Carvoeiro village center and its beaches. The village with its pretty beaches has a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Within ten minutes drive of the village many more beaches can be found, ranging from small quiet coves in Ferragudo to long wide beaches in Armação. Close to Carvoeiro there are many small villages, with some really excellent restaurants to choose from. There are several water parks and a Zoo Marine within a short drive. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta along with a 9 hole par 3 course at Vale do Milho are located just outside the village and Carvoeiro Tennis Club are 2 km away. The villa has its own fenced garden and very safe for the families with children.
