Newly built luxury villa is located just a few minutes walk to Carvoeiro town centre and two beaches. Villa air conditioned throughout comprises of 4 large bedrooms (all en-suite) and guest shower room. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are on the first floor: Master bedroom with double bed and bedroom with double and single beds. Sliding doors from both bedrooms open on to a large balcony with beautiful views over Carvoeiro and sea. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a few couches, a fire place, satellite TV, DVD, and CD player. Sliding doors lead off to sun terrace, pool area and garden. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor: one with double bed and another with two beds: double and single; both with en-suite bathrooms. Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table. Pool (5X10m) can be heated at extra charge, sunbathing area, outside shower, sun loungers and umbrellas. Garden with BBQ area. Roof terrace with sea views. Parking. Alarm. Maid service twice a week.

This private villa is ideally situated in a quiet area and yet is only a 15 min walk from the Carvoeiro village center. Vila Nova Complex with superb restaurant, bar, communal pool, children play ground and mini market is ideal place for the families with children. Beach Praia do Paraiso is 15 min walk. Monte Carvoeiro with restaurants, bars, mini market is about 15 min easy walk. Center of Carvoeiro with its busy streets full of bars, restaurants and shops and beach Praia do Carvoeiro are 15 min stroll down. Within ten minutes drive of the village many more beaches can be found. Close to Carvoeiro there are many small villages, with some really excellent restaurants to choose from. There are several water parks and a Zoo Marine within a short drive. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta along with a 9 hole par 3 course at Vale do Milho are located just outside the village. Shared tennis court is 100 meters away and Carvoeiro Tennis Club is 5 min drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Pool heating and air conditioning are on request:
    £10 a day for the heating of the pool, £45 if the pool has to be pre-heated before arrival. Air conditioning £140 a week. Maid service twice a week is included. Towels are provided and will be changed twice a week. Linen changed once a week. Please bring your beach towels with you. There are free standing electric fans in the villa.
  • As a small family business we look after a few villas in Carvoeiro area. We live in Carvoeiro and know the area extremely well. Should you arrive after 9pm we leave a food pack (milk, tea bags, butter, bread, water) for you. We meet and greet you and provide you with local maps, tourist’s guides and brochures, organize trips, excursions, help you to book tickets to Water Parks, golf courses, and get taxi. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival.
    We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Our mobile phone number is available during your stay for 24 hours for emergency calls.
    Baby cot and high chair are provided. There is also a sofa bed for one extra child.
  • Generally, entry the villa is after 2 pm, (though it should be expected that the maids may still be working if you arrive early afternoon). On departure day you must vacate by 10am (should you arrive earlier or leave later in the day we will do our utmost to help you).
    On arrival a refundable security deposit 200.00euro for villa may be requested in some properties. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on departure providing no breakages have occurred. A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. We accept payment in Sterling or in Euro made via bank transfer or cheque.
    Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for the prices.

This villa was absolutely amazing and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for our family, near to a big supermarket and lovely restaurants and beaches, but at the same time, it was situated in a quiet area. A very pleasant villa with everything we could possibly need to make our family holiday perfect, including the weather. We spent our days in, and by, the heated pool, and our evenings in Carvoeiro. We liked Carvoeiro very much. We ate in quite a few restaurants and found the food to be of a very high standard wherever we went. We did find that it was preferable for us to have the use of a car, although it is not essential if you are fit and like walking. Galia was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this villa and we would also have no hesitation in going back again, and know that we would enjoy it just as much the last time.
