This well maintained attractive villa comprises a spacious, nicely furnished sitting room with dining area, fire place, comfortable suite and cable TV /English channels/. Two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bath and shower are on the ground floor. Sliding doors from one of the bedrooms and sitting room are opened off to the pool area. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the first floor. Sliding doors open off to the large sun terrace with beautiful sea views. Fully equipped kitchen. Outside area with BBQ, table and chairs, sun lounges and umbrellas. Kidney shape swimming pool 4x7 meters / 1 m shallow side, 1,9m deep side/ with the shower. Maid service is twice a week. This private villa is ideally situated in a quiet residential area and yet is only 10-15 min walk from the Carvoeiro village center and its beaches. The village with its pretty beaches has a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Within ten minutes drive of the village many more beaches can be found, ranging from small quiet coves in Ferragudo to long wide beaches in Armação. Close to Carvoeiro there are many small villages, with some really excellent restaurants to choose from. There are several water parks and a Zoo Marine within a short drive. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta along with a 9 hole par 3 course at Vale do Milho are located just outside the village and Carvoeiro Tennis Club are 2 km away. The villa has its own fenced garden and very safe for the families with children.
