This magnificent accommodation is 12 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms holiday villa situated in a very quiet residential area just short drive from the beaches and walking distance to the bars and restaurants. The villa is superb newly renovated and boasts a private pool / 6X11m/ with 20 sun lounges, sun terraces, pool bar with BBQ, outside dining furniture and a small garden. Sitting/dining room with large screen TV / Free English channels/, fire place, couches and 6 dining tables is on the ground floor. The doors open onto the large sun terrace with stunning views of Marina do Portimo and Ferragudo harbor. There are outside tables, chairs and BBQ on the terrace. Very spacious fully equipped kitchen. There are 12 bedrooms on five levels (3 stories) all have en-suite full bathroom, air conditioning, private TV, safe and balcony or terrace. Pool bar downstairs and sitting area to relax in a shade. The villa is situated in a very quiet residential area with the most magnificent views of the harbour. The village center is just 10 min stroll down the hill and retains its charm, tranquillity and yet boasts numerous bars, restaurants, shops and a harbour. Yet its proximity to the larger resorts of Portimo, Praia da Rocha, Logos, Carvoeiro & historic Silves, & the water parks, zoo marine etc... The beach is just a couple of minutes drive and is rated as one of the best on the Algarve and if you are looking for activities Praia Grande has jet skis, water skiing and numerous other water sports available. There are shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance from the villa. The area is a golfers paradise with the Championship course at Penina, Alto and Gramacho all within a 5-10 minute drive and over 25 top class courses within one hour drive. There are a number of historic places worth a visit including Lagos, Silves and Loule.

Additional information about rental rates

  • These rates are for up to 20 people. Air conditioning is extra £250.00 a week. November to March heating of the villa is included in rental price. SHORT BREAKS: from October to May the villa can be rented for less then a week
    November to March - £20 Pounds per person per night with heating of the villa included. April - May, October - £30 per person per night. (Prices for two people shairing one room)
    Maid service three times a week is included. Towels are provided and will be changed twice a week. Linen changed once a week.
  • As a small family business we look after a few villas in the area. We live nearby and know the area extremely well. We meet and greet you and provide you with local maps, tourist’s guides and brochures, organize trips, excursions, help you to book tickets to Water Parks, golf courses, and get taxi. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival.
    We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Our mobile phone number is available during your stay for 24 hours for emergency calls.
    There are 2 cots, 2 high chairs in the villa included in the rental price.
  • Generally, entry the villa is after 4pm, (though it should be expected that the maids may still be working. On departure day you must vacate by 10am (should you arrive earlier or leave later in the day we will do our utmost to help you).
    On arrival a refundable security deposit 500.00euro for villa may be requested in some properties. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on departure providing no breakages have occurred. A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. We accept payment in Sterling or in Euro made via bank transfer or cheque.
    Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for the prices.

The villa is well presented, extremely spacious, clean and has everything you need - the kitchen is well equipped, large terrace with BBQ. All the home comforts together with spacious air conditioned rooms and en-suite bathrooms. Views from balconies are stunning. This luxury villa is a must for anyone wanting to get together with friends and family. Such a lovely quiet area but convenient to everything. I would recommend hiring at least one car to do shopping. Can’t wait to go back again.

We were really impressed wth the vila. It was everything we wanted - and more. We found the villa to be very nicely furnished and well equipped. It was very large and airy. The size & layout were ideal for our big party and the location with two most beautiful beaches nearby was excelent. We enjoyed very large terrace/balcony which has stunning views of Marina and Portimão harbour. BBQ was very handy. I would recommend a car to take advantage of all the beautiful beaches in the area and to do shopping for a big party. We found some nice places to eat at the square and fish restaurants by the harbour which are only 10 min walk from the villa. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and hope to be back there soon.
