Accommodation

Casa Mimosa is a newly built luxury townhouse sleeping 8. With four-bedrooms all ensuite, with the master having a jacuzzi bathroom and balcony it is an ideal place for a family break. Situated on the Val De Milho 9-hole golf course, it is also great for golfing breaks in the sunshine. There are beautiful views over the golf course from the terrace of Casa Mimosa. With use of a pool that is restricted to the ten townhouses in the immediate vicinity and beaches in every direction and the quaint fishing town of Carvoeiro only 1.5km away, Casa Mimosa has everything you need for a relaxing stay on the Algarve.

Gardens and Views

From the spacious roof terrace with fantastic views of 180 degrees of the Atlantic Sea, there is a Barbecue and a large sun terrace that looks down on the beautifully manicured lawns and tropical raised gardens. It has a lawn area of approximately 20 square meters with three sun bathing terraces to the bedrooms and lounge. The Lawn area is wall lined with a natural stone wall and hedging that leads to the secluded pool. The garden also has an irrigation system for the plants and shrubs. For sports lovers, there is the four court tennis centre with a resident professional for coaching sessions, direct access to Vale do Milho Golf and we can arrange discount fees and pre arranged tee off times for all the Algarve Golf Courses. Local bars and restaurants, supermarkets, gymnasiums are only 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walking and the beach is only 10 minutes walk.

Golf Information:

This Luxury Villa, is situated next to the Vale do Milho Club House. Golf packages and pre bookings can be arranged as Pinta, Gramacho, Alto and Salgados golf is only 10 minutes drive. The Algarve is one of Europe's premier golf areas. There are currently twenty-five courses in the space of 100 miles of coastline, with more under construction. All Algarve courses are within one and a half hours' drive of Faro International Airport. Over the last few years the Portuguese Open has been hosted variously at Penina, Vila Sol and São Lourenzo, all of which may be included in the list of top European championship courses. Warm playing conditions and immaculately manicured fairways and greens are the norm in the Algarve. We can arrange for any of the course for pre-booked tee times and buggy hire.
