Modern villa (built in 2001) in vacation allotment, close to Ferragudo fishing village (2 km from village square), very typical place with nice restaurants, bars, shops. On the ground floor: entry hall, shower room, well equipped kitchen, living with chimney. Upstairs: one bedroom with bath room, 2 other bedrooms and another shower room. On the roof: private terrace (30 m2) with some sea view. In front of villa: private place for parking and extra 50 m2; behind barbecue - 40 m2. Nice attractions close-by: many golf courses, tennis club, Splash and Slide, Zoo Marine. All facilities in Ferragudo and Portimão (5 km).

The villa is located close to Ferragudo (2 km from village square), in direction of high sea, Sesmarias, Carvoeiro. In the village, there are many nice restaurants, bars, shops (supermarket, butcher, bakery, English newspapers, post office, internet café...). On every summer Saturday, there is live music, dancing... Other very nice places close by as Carvoeiro, Praia da Rocha... Portimão 5 km - 40.000 inhabitants with all facilities. Faro airport 60 km, Lagos 18 km. Many golf courses: Gramacho and Pinta 4 km, Penina 8 km and many others within 15km. Tennis Club 3km, Splash and Slide 10km and Zoo Marine close to Albufeira (Guia) Nearest beaches: 600 m from villa: 'Caneiros', 'Molhe'... 'Paradis' restaurant / grill 50m, Piano bar restaurant 300m.
