The living room has a stone finished fire place adding charm, and leads out through patio doors onto a lovely balcony with views of the surrounding countryside, as well as the villa´s private pool below. A marble staircase leads down to the lower level of the villa where there is a big bathroom, a double bedroom an d a twin bedroom, both with patio doors leading onto the terrace and small lawn, adjacent to the pool. The exterior of the property boasts a pool (larger than average), with Roman steps leading into the shallow end where you can enjoy a cooling dip on hot, sunny days. In the corner of the pool area is a built - in Portuguese style - barbecue ideal for cooking delicious meals and for pool side dinning.

Notes to the rental rates

• Terms of payment: 30% as confirmation of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival date. A cot can be provided at € 20.00 per week. A high chair for the baby can be provided at 20.00€ per week.
  Linen change once a week, towels are changed twice a week, maid service twice a week. Beach towels are not provided. Booking are from Saturday to Saturday. For more information about long stay occupation, please contact the advertiser.
  
• Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner/advertiser.
  Tenants are fully responsible for breakages or damage.
  A security deposit against breakages is required refundable if nothing damaged
  Deposit should be paid in euros to our Portuguese bank.
  
• Availability for long term lets can bee possible, please contact the owner for prices and availability.
  The bookings are for the villa itself whether there are two or six people sharing.

Carvoeiro: a village with real character

Offers a choice of bars, restaurants serving fresh fish, grilled meat and tourist shops. Numerous safe sandy beaches with stunning cliffs and crystal clear water give superb swimming and water sports. Most of this beaches are accessed by steep steps but are well worth the climb. The golden sandy beach of Praia do Carvoeiro is the only beach accessible by wheelchair. Nearby are excellent golf courses, along with sports complexes, cycling, fishing, horse riding and the ever - popular Aquatic Flume.

Local Attractions

There are two nearby Water Parks, and Zoomarine, which is a great family days out. Nearby towns of Lagos and Portimão are a short car journey away, Algarve Shopping approx. 20 minutes drive away has a multiplex cinema and bowling alley. the Monchique Mountains and the historical town of Silves are only a short drive away.

Golf Information:

There are two 18 hole Golf Courses nearby Vale de Pinta & Gramacho 5 km away. In Carvoeiro, Vale de Milho, a nine hole Par 3 course is less than 500 metres away. Championships courses are available at Penina ( 25 minutes drive) Palmares (35 minutes drive) and numerous courses within the Vilamoura area approximately 40 minutes away.
