Casa Sophia is a lovely older style villa in a very quiet area of Sesmarias where there is little to no traffic activity, therefore ideal for a peaceful family holiday. The villa has 4 double/twin bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, a kitchen, comfortable lounge and a good sized swimming pool. Villa Sophia is a nicely decorated villa on one level with the pool and gardens at a lower level. The property is surrounded by plantation, therefore affording a lot of privacy around the pool area. There is a nice sun terrace where there is a table and chairs supplied for 'al fresco' dining. The garden is small but has orange, lemon and olive trees and a purpose built BBQ on the terrace for guests' use. Surrounding the sun terrace, there is a security fence to prevent children wandering towards the pool area unsupervised. This feature, combined with very little traffic passing the villa affords peace of mind security for a successful and fun-packed family holiday.

Sesmarias is a village approximately 10 mins drive away from the old fishing village of Carvoeiro where there are a multitude of quality bars and restaurants. The villa is situated only minutes walk from numerous local bars and restaurants in Sesmarias. 6 minutes walk takes you to the renowned Bon-Bon Restaurant which serves international cuisine and carries a four star rating. Caneiros Beach, with it's excellent restaurant, is a mere 5 minutes drive away and has a fabulous restaurant on stilts, and famous for it's sea food.

Notes: Although the villa is ideally suited to 8 people, it is possible to place another Z Bed in the dining room for a small extra charge. Two cots are available at no extra charge. The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped and has everything required to cater for large families. The adjacent dining room has a brand new large dining table and seating for 8 people. There is also a large table and chairs situated on the sun terrace overlooking the pool for al fresco dining. A washing machine is also available for use. Off-road parking for guests' rental vehicles is situated within the security of the villa's gates. The lounge has two comfortable leather settees and a TV with cable multi-channel connection (with 3 English movie channels, news and cartoon channels) for entertainment. This villa has everything you could wish for, at a very competitive price throughout the year.

Algarve Flights: Inexpensive sightseeing flights around the Algarve are available in a light plane with up to 3 passengers, (British piloted). Please ask for details.
