Beautifully furnished and well equipped new villa, set in 2600m2 landscaped gardens and lawns. The large kidney shaped pool measures approx. 10 x 5m and is surrounded by sunbathing terraces. The villa is very cool and spacious, modern kitchen with large fridge and separate freezer, oval dining room, large living room with panoramic sea views, two bedrooms downstairs both with bathrooms, a white marble staircase leads to the master bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a spacious terrace with covered pergola. The twin bedroom has got a door to a children's room with two beds.

Leisure activities.: The nearest beach to the villa is 'Praia dos Caneiros' within 15 minutes walk. Other beaches are close by, within five minutes drive to Ferragudo and the popular Beach 'Praia Grande' with windsurfing facilities, beach volleyball and beach football , and ten minutes to the Carvoeiro beaches. All beaches have restaurant facilities. There are many restaurants in nearby Carvoeiro as well as several more local ones. Supermarkets and bars/Cafes are also close by. Futher two splended 18 holes gollfcourses on only 2 km from the villa

Things to do.: The best water park, Slide and Splash, is less than ten minutes away. Zoomarine with its amazing dolphin shows is 15 minutes drive. Horse-riding stables are local as well as some beautiful walks. Golf courses are on only 2 km away, Gramacho and Pinta in Carvoeiro. In the village of Carvoeiro there are many bars, shops and a night-club.

We were very pleased when we arrived at the villa.
It is more beautiful than expected.
Everything was clean and well-maintained.
The sea view is so wonderful!
There is really enough place for 7-10 persons.
The owner is very friendly and explained us everything we had to know.
All of us will recommend this property to our friends.
We enjoyed very much the waterfunpark "slide and splash" in the surroundings, but we also liked to stay in the pool and in the garden.
We admired the plants, palms and trees: congratulations to the gardener.

Great vacations at the villa!!!

Excelent reception and great work by the house management team.
Great price for the provided conditions.
Great cleanning services.
Awesome ocean views.

Would recommend more dishes and "kitchen goods" as fore 10 persons those are a bit short.

Finally would only point out the fact that should be referred on the villa description that one of the rooms should not be considered quite a room but an extension of one of the rooms that alows two people to sleep only (not a couple).

Would repeat it.

I'd recommend this villa to anyone - we had a great holiday there. Nice and roomy, great pool, well furnished throughout, clean and well-maintained and a nice location within walking distance (20 mins walk) of the beach.

You will need a car to get around but there's plenty to do within a short drive.
