Large, secluded, Moorish style villa in its own grounds of about half an acre, surrounded by olive groves and with breathtaking views over unspoilt countryside towards Sao Bras de Alportel. It is well furnished, with three bedrooms (two en-suite), and a cot can be provided, if required. The lounge has ample seating, satellite TV, DVD and video, a radio, CD and cassette player, digital safe and a log burning fire. The gardens have a variety of plants and fruit trees, including orange, lemon, and lime. There is a 10m by 5m swimming pool with underwater lighting surrounded by extensive paved terraces and verandas, a built-in barbeque, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, garden tables and chairs. The major golf courses are within easy reach (about 20 mins drive), as are the local beaches. Local restaurants, historical attractions and other information is contained in the house book. The house manager can help with any questions as well as arrange golf tee times, if needed

Notes: Secluded, well furnished luxury villa set in grounds of about half an acre with 10m x 5m swimming pool and surrounded by terraces with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. Built in barbeque overlooks the pool. Spacious lounge with ample seating, log fire, satellite TV,DVD and video, radio, CD and cassette player. There is a digital safe for use by guests. Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with own terrace and access to tower. Bedroom 2 has a double and a single bed and an en-suite shower room and toilet. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. Extra bed or cots can be made available, if needed. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. A telephone is available (There is a returnable deposit). The property is managed locally, the house manager speaks excellent English and maid service is twice a week. Extra days by arrangement. Welcome food pack provided, other shopping by arrangement.

The villa is 20 minutes from Faro airport and a few minutes drive to the nearest supermarket. Estoi is 5 minutes drive away and has several minimarkets and two banks with cashpoints as well as the largest Sunday market in the Algarve.

Golf details: The major courses including Vale do Lobo,Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura are about 20 minutes drive away. Going Eastwards towards Spain are the new courses of Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cima (the championship course) with Benamor 5kms away. Castro Marim and the Spanish courses near the border are easily reached via the motorway. For help with booking tee times etc. details please contact us.

Other Activities: Estoi, the nearest town has both Roman ruins and a Palace as well as the largest Sunday market in the Algarve.
