3 bedroomed semi-detached villa with private swimming pool, newly-built within Quinta da Fonte, a quiet development in Santa Barbara de Nexe. The property is south facing, offering all-day sunshine, having a terrace with sunloungers and umbrellas. The ground floor consists of a lounge with satellite TV and floor to ceiling glass patio doors giving access to the pool area. There is a separate dining room. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. There is a downstairs WC. On the first floor are 2 main bedrooms with kingsize beds, one of which can be separated into twin beds and a third bedroom with twin beds. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The main bedrooms have a shared balcony overlooking the pool. There is a private garage. The property is centrally heated and there is also air-conditioning available for an extra £100 per week.

Santa Barbara de Nexe is a village in a charming rural location, yet just 10 minutes drive from the main road and 15-20 minutes from the airport and beaches. Golf is available within a 10-minute drive. The city of Faro is 15 minutes drive away and the marina, golf and leisure facilities of Vilamoura 15-20 minutes. The village itself is peaceful, yet it has shops, good restaurants (including Italian and Indian), as well as bars and cafes. All these are in the village centre which is a couple of minutes' walk from the front door of the villa.
