The property offers all day sunshine, having 2 large terraces on the upper floor, ground floor terraces, lawned area, pool and barbecue. The ground floor consists of large lounge with satellite TV and DVD. Double doors lead to open plan dining room and kitchen. Patio doors lead to the covered terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave. There is a washing machine in the separate laundry room. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor adjacent to a shower room with WC. On the first floor are a double and twin bedroom, with en-suite facilities, each having own terrace. There is an additional satellite TV in the main bedroom. The property benefits from air conditioning in most rooms. For winter lets, there is a large fan-assisted gas fire, together with warm air heating.

Santa Barbara de Nexe is a village in a charming rural location, 20 minutes from the airport and magnificent sandy beaches. There are numerous golf courses in the area. The city of Faro is 15 minutes drive away, and leisure facilities of Vilamoura 20 minutes. The traditional village is peaceful, yet has useful shops and good restaurants. Almancil and the market town of Loule are close by with many shops, bars and restaurants.
