A modern one bedroom apartment situated on a top floor of a low rise apartment block with lift, affording uninterrupted sea views and enjoying the facilities of a heated swimming pool. The block is completely walled in and access is via an automatic gate. Parking is also available. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the spacious terrace is ideal for sunbathing and outside eating. The Lagos Marina is only a few minutes walk and shops and several restaurants are only a short distance. Meia Praia beach with its great beach bars and attractions is only 5 minutes away from the apartment. The historical town of Lagos offers a great variety of portuguese and international restaurants and the pedestrian centre of Lagos is full of shops and small bars. During the high and mid season many attractions are available in Lagos and visitors can listen to live music in the various squares in the centre of town. Several golf courses and water parks are only 30 minutes drive from the apartment.

Lagos on the western Algarve is only 45 minutes drive from Faro Airport. There is a wide selection of golf courses around the Lagos area and the town is known for its beautiful beaches and friendly atmosphere. The historical town has a few churches and a museum worth visiting.

    Rental prices are for 2 persons. An extra £50 is charged per person per week. Children ages three and under go free except July/August. We do not insist on Saturday-to-Saturday. 1 to 3 month winter lets can be arranged at lower rates. Rates include provision of bed linen and towels. A deposit of £100 is taken against damage. Accidental damage to small items, e.g, glasses is excluded. Winter rates are excluded of gas and with long lets utilities are charged separately in accordance to consumption.

Beaches: Meia Praia beach, only a few minutes from the apartment offers several sport facilities such as windsurfing, surfing and has several charming beach bars where visitors can enjoy great salads and drinks. Lagos has several other smaller beaches only 10 minutes from the apartment. Praia da Dona, Praia do Camilo and Porto de Mós are other popular beaches also worth visiting.

Lagos town: The centre of Lagos is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Its cobble streets with many restaurants and esplanades is a delight for visitors. There is a great variety of shops and many souvenirs can be bought from locals who sell on the streets.
