Notes to the rental rates

• * An optional WELCOME PACK is available for a small charge. This is especially useful for early/late arrivals and after 4pm on Sunday when most supermarkets close. It will include the basics i.e. milk, tea, coffee, bread etc.
  * 10% DISCOUNT for booking of 2 consecutive weeks or more (excluding July and August).
  * Rates are inclusive of heating/air conditioning and Maid Service.
  * Long WINTER LET prices available on application.
  NB: In the low season an additional £20.00 pp per week is charged for guests over and above a party of 2 and for the rest of the year where the occupancy is more than 4 please add £20 for laundry.
  
• Changeover day can be flexible with the exception of July and August where it is Saturday to Saturday.
