Being on the top floor, the apartment has stunning panoramic Atlantic ocean views from all rooms and the sunny terrace and is only a 5 minutes walk from Lagos Marina, 10 minutes walk to the long sandy beach, and 15 minutes walk to the historic town of Lagos. There are 3 Golf Courses close by. At the picturesque Lagos Marina there are restaurants, bars, and cafes overlooking the moored yachts. Wireless Internet is available. The historic cobbled old town of Lagos is a 15 min walk over the marina bridge and enjoys a vibrant array of bars, shops, and restaurants. There is a SuperMarket a 10 minute walk away, and a convenient MiniMarket and Bakery just across the road from the apartment for fresh croissants for breakfast. The still relatively undiscovered, jagged coastline of the western Algarve is a maze of golden beaches and sandy coves and is said to be Europe's most consistent surf region. Meia Praia beach is one of the longest beaches in the Algarve and sun-loungers, parasols. and surf boards can be hired. Along the sandy beach are a number of laid back beach bars. Lagos is a perfect location for all the family as there is something for everyone. There is a taxi rank along the main street, a local Zoo, and water parks approx 30min drive. Rates include preparation of the apartment and provision of bed linen and towels. Bed linen is changed once per week and towels twice a week. The rental prices are for two persons. Additional persons or children aged 3 or over are charged an extra £30 each per week. A deposit of £100 is taken against damage. Accidental damage to small items, e.g. glasses, is excluded. Long winter lets when guests do their own cleaning can be arranged at lower rates. Winter rates are exclusive of Gas. We accept payment by PayPal or cheque.
