This is a brand new 1 bedroom apartment perfectly situated in the centre of Lagos. It has a supermarket, coffee shop and Internet cafe all within 50M. The Marina, beaches and main shopping area are all just a short walk away. There is a large and sunny, shared courtyard with a swimming pool in the middle of the condominium. The apartment has a large lounge/dining area with 3 and 2 seater settee (both can easily be pulled out to single beds). It also has a TV(with some English channels) a CD and DVD player. The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a king size bed. It has central heating making it ideal for winter lets. The apartment is on the second floor and there is a lift to the apartment. On arrival, all guests are met at the apartment by a local Portuguese agent.

The historic town of Lagos is located in the Western Algarve just 45mins from Faro Airport, easily accessed via the new motorway. Lagos has some of the best beaches in the Algarve including the magnificent 5km Meia-Praia beach and possibly the most photographed - Praia Dona Ana. Lagos has a population of about 20,000 people, which leaves the town pretty active even in winter. There are many excellent restaurant and bars in Lagos most of which are within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There are 4 excellent golf courses within 15 mins drive of the town. The closest is Boavista just 2miles away, then there is Palmares, Parque de Floresta and the Portuguese Open course of 2004, Penina.
