Conveniently located apartment in brand new complex with direct access to the pool area. 5 minutes walk to the centre of Lagos with its many excellent restaurants, bars and shops, 10 minutes walk to the town beach, 15 minutes walk to spectacular cove beaches and the 4km long Meia Praia beach. Lounge/dining room with TV/DVD, opening onto balcony with table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave with grill and toaster. One double bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom, one twin bedroom and a second family bathroom. Both bedrooms open onto a second balcony. Shared swimming pool with sun loungers. Roof terrace with spectacular sea and town views. Access controlled underground parking space with a lift to your apartment.

Nearest Train: Behind the marina at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Junction 2 of the A22 at 2 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1 Kilometres
The apartment is situated a 5 minute walk from the centre of Lagos where you can find many restaurants, bars and shops set in the winding, narrow streets of the old town. The main promenade is only ten minutes walk from the apartment which leads you to the marina and fishing harbour and onto Meia Praia, a 4 km long sandy beach. There are beach bars, restaurants plus sailboard rentals and water sports on offer here. Smaller, secluded beaches can be found west of the town - Dona Ana and Camilo are beautiful cove beaches at the foot of towering sandstone cliffs. Further spectacular beaches can be found by driving to the West coast where surfing is very popular. There are several excellent golf courses close to the town. The Monchique Hills are only 30 minutes drive away with wonderful views and excellent walking available.
