Beautiful & spacious 2 Bedroom apartment.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in new complex. Very nice furnished. The apartment is accessible by a lift. The kitchen is fully equipped and including a washing machine. There are two bathrooms all with bath, shower, toilet and bidet. One of the bathrooms is en suite in the master bedroom. Large living room. There are two private terraces, one overlooking the pool and garden area and some sea view! There is also a big communal area with sun loungers, pool and garden. For the colder winter months the apartment has central heating. Flat screen TV with English, German, Dutch, Portuguese and much more channels. There is a private parking place in the closed garage. Host service will complete your perfect holiday!

The apartment is located next to the historical town, Lagos. Within one walking minute you pass the old city wall and you will enjoy the car free streets of Lagos, with his very nice restaurants, shops and terraces. The beach is only 10 walking minutes away, this walk true the historical centre of Lagos is lovely. To the beautiful marina it is via a very pleasant walk on the boulevard, just 15 minutes. Within 5 driving minutes from the apartment there are several very nice, awards winning golf resorts. Lagos is just 50 minutes by car from Faro airport. Airport pick up can be arranged for the very reasonable price of 75 euros one way. Car hire is not necessary, but can be arranged at low prices. From Faro city there is also a cheap train/bus connection to Lagos.

The Autódromo Internacional do Algarve is a brand new race circuit located only 10 minutes drive from Lagos. The project includes a karting track. The circuit hosts Formula 1 testing, Moto-GP, A1-GP, Le- Mans and much more.

Additional information about rental rates

  • During the months November till March gas is extra at cost price! Water, electricity and end cleaning is in every period inclusive. Long term rentals are welcome at special rates. The rates include a complimentary meet and greet service. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is required six weeks prior to arrival. 150 euros deposit at arrivals must be given to host, and will be given back to clients if apartment is left in proper condition and there are no breakages or damages. Time to check inn is after 15.00 PM. Checking out time before 10.00 AM. If you want to check inn earlier or check out later please give us a mail than we can discuss the possibility. This is because of the cleaning of the apartment for the next client. Your suit cases can be stored any time. With bookings shorter than a week (7 days) we charge 40 euros cleaning costs.
  • The rates include a complimentary meet and greet service and a weekly clean and linen change with booking longer than 10 days.
  • Please note we do not rent out when the entire group is under 25 years of age.

Transport from Faro airport:: Pick up from Faro airport by a spacious air-conditioned MPV can be arranged at 90 euros one way, up to 4 persons.

Baby cot and high chair for rent:: For the very small children we have a baby cot and high chair available, the price is 30,- euros each week or part of an week.

Golf:

There are within 5 km of the apartment two beautiful 18 holes golf courses overlooking the sea. (Palmares & Boavista). The Algarve is nominated by the international golf federation to be the golf destination of 2010!

A wonderful place to stay

We have stayed in Lagos before and never have we enjoyed such an excellent base as this one. Very handy for walking into town and at the same time well positioned for the road network in all directions. The apartment itself was nicely presented and extremely spacious which suited our needs having two young boys. They could also go down to the pool while we enjoyed a few moments peace and quiet before we all went off for the day. The kitchen was clean and well equipped which enabled us to eat in on the odd the night whenever we felt like it although, there are many excellent restaurants all within walking distance from the property. Overall I reckon that this apartment with all it has to offer is one of the best available in that location. I will be using it again in the very near future.

Lagos Apartment Review

We stayed in this apartment with our 2 young children. The apartment is spacious, well planned and just what we needed. The secure location and extremely friendly host made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The walk in to the centre of town is only 5 mins and there is a small supermarket just outside the door. Overall I would recommend this apartment highly, just don't book it when we want to come back please!

SUPERB APPARTMENT

This appartment is perfect. It is set in a quiet location just 5 minutes from the town centre, with wonderful views over the sea.
The appartment is very well equipped and is very spacious. The service and assistance given by the host was excellent, everybody in our party is very keen to return here A.S.A.P.

Lovely apartment

We stayed at this lovely apartment last july and found it to be comfortable, spacious ,very clean with all the mod cons. We have two children aged 7 and 5 and even though the pool was small it was great for keeping an eye on them. It is close enough to all the bars and resturants but 5 minuts walk away back at the apartment you have left the noise behind. The host was very helpful and advised us on local amienities.We had a great time in Lagos so we will be returning again this year and back to this apartment.
