Magnificent 2 bedroom apartment in a new complex. Furnished to a high standard. The apartment is on the second (top) floor, and is accessible by a lift. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave and washing machine. There are two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with bath, shower, toilet and bidet. Large living room with 2 sofas and dining area. TV with English channels. DVD and audio system. Two private terraces. The large main terrace (south facing) with barbecue, table and chairs, overlooks the pool area and garden. Second terrace with extensive views over Lagos town and the beach. The roof terrace with sun loungers overlooks the beautiful historical centre of Lagos and the beach,. Large communal area with sun loungers, pool and garden. For the colder winter months the apartment has central heating. Private parking space in the underground garage. Host service will complete your perfect holiday.

Nearest Airport: Faro airport at 80 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Lagos railway station at 2 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres

The apartment is located next to the historical town, Lagos. Within one walking minute you pass the old city wall and you will enjoy the car free streets of Lagos, with his very nice restaurants, shops and terraces. The beach is only 10 walking minutes away, this walk true the historical centre of Lagos is lovely. To the beautiful marina it is via a very pleasant walk on the boulevard, just 15 minutes. Within 5 driving minutes from the apartment there are several very nice, awards winning golf resorts. Lagos is just 50 minutes by car from Faro airport. Airport pick up can be arranged for the very reasonable price of 75 euros one way. Car hire is not necessary, but can be arranged at low prices. From Faro city there is also a cheap train/bus connection to Lagos. The Autódromo Internacional do Algarve is a brand new race circuit located only 10 minutes drive from Lagos. The project includes a charting track. The circuit hosts Formula 1 testing, Moto-GP, A1-GP, Le- Mans and much more.

Additional information about rental rates

  • During the months November till March gas is extra at cost price! Water, electricity and end cleaning is in every period inclusive. Long term rentals are welcome at special rates. The rates include a complimentary meet and greet service. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is required six weeks prior to arrival. 150 euros deposit at arrivals must be given to host, and will be given back to clients if apartment is left in proper condition and there are no breakages or damages. Time to check inn is after 15.00 PM. Checking out time before 10.00 AM. If you want to check inn earlier or check out later please give us a mail than we can discuss the possibility. This is because of the cleaning of the apartment for the next client. Your suitcases can be stored any time. With bookings shorter than a week (7 days) we charge 30 euros cleaning costs.
  • Rental can be paid in either British Pounds or Euros.
    The rates include a complimentary meet and greet service and a weekly clean and linen change.
  • Please note we do not rent out when the entire group is under 25 years of age.

Transfer from Faro airport:: We can pick you up from Faro airport in a spacious air-conditioned MPV for a very reasonable price of 75 euros one way maximum 4 persons.

Welcome package.: For your convenience we can arrange you a welcome package. This package includes red wine, cold white wine, beers and soft drinks, crisps, bread, tea, coffee and much more. The price for this package is 35 euros.

High chair, baby cot and bikes for rent:: For the very small children we have a baby cot and high chair available, the price is 25 euros for each week or part of an week. 2 perfect Dutch bikes for rent. The bikes have several gears. The price per week is 40 euros for each bike. Please order in advance.

Golf: There are within 5 km of the apartment two beautifull 18 holes golf courses overlooking the sea. (Palmares & Boavista). The Algarve is nominated by the international golf federation to be the golf destination of 2006!

Lovely apartment, clean and the location was perfect. Jeff was very helpful to. We want to go straight back, we have not sampled all the many restaurants yet!! Will book again another year, just can't wait!!

We have only been on a day trip to Lagos before so this time decided to explore more of it and spend a week there. We were not disappointed as the week flew by with us discovering new parts to the town each day and all at a very leisurely pace!
The apartment itself was a perfect base, clean,spacious,and having all the amenities you need to make it a perfect home from home.
We did not hire a car this time, this was not a problem as the positioning of the apartment meant a gentle stroll would take us to wherever we wanted to be.
Finally the perfect way to end our day was spent on the roof terrace, catching the last of the sun with a glass of wine and admiring the fantastic views.
All in all we would recommend the apartment and Lagos to everyone!

Great holiday in excellent apartment

We had a marvellous time. Apartment is lovely. Very spacious, with all the amenities you could wish for, and in a great location. Only 5 minutes walk to main square in Lagos old town, but in a reasonably quiet area. Great sea and town views from roof terrace. Try some of the 'locals' cafes and restaurants, turning left from the apartment, rather than turning right to the old town. Makes a pleasant change. Close enough to everything in town, so you don't need a car, but safe underground parking, if you have one. Jeff is great host, and always willing to help.

Brilliant apartment in great location

Stayed in this apartment for 4 days in April 2009 - it was brilliant, the apartment was perfect and was equipped with everything we needed. It's in a good location - only about 10-15 mins walk down to the beach (the beaches are amazing). It was clean and the beds are super comfy. Although if you have the doors to the balcony open it echoes a lot so you don't want to be too noisy. But the balcony was awesome for hanging out in the evening whilst having some snacks and drinks before heading out to dinner. And the roof terrace has an amazing view although it's a little windy up there. Would definitely stay there again, or in the owner's other apartments in town.

Jeff the owner also made the process easy and was lovely to deal with.

Highly recommended!
