Magnificent 3 bedroom apartment in a new complex. Furnished to a high standard. The apartment is on the first floor, and is accessible by a lift. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms. One with double bed and en-suite bathroom. Two with two single beds and access to terrace. Both bathrooms are equipped with bath, shower, toilet and bidet. Large living room with dining area. Large flat screen TV with all English and SKY TV channels. DVD and audio system. Two large private terraces both with table and chairs. One terrace is south facing and overlooks the pool area and garden. The roof terrace with sun loungers has got stunning views over the historical centre of Lagos, sea and beach. Large communal area with sun loungers, pool and garden. For the colder winter months the apartment has central heating. Private parking space in the underground garage. Host service will complete your holiday

The apartment is located next to the historical town, Lagos. Within one walking minute you pass the old city wall and you will enjoy the car free streets of Lagos, with his very nice restaurants, shops and terraces. The beach is only 10 walking minutes away, this walk true the historical centre of Lagos is lovely. To the beautiful marina it is via a very pleasant walk on the boulevard, just 15 minutes. Within 5 driving minutes from the apartment there are several very nice, awards winning golf resorts Lagos is just 50 minutes by car from Faro airport. Airport pick up can be arranged for the very reasonable price of 75 euros one way. Car hire is not necessary, but can be arranged at low prices. From Faro city there is also a cheap train/bus connection to Lagos. The Autódromo Internacional do Algarve is a brand new race circuit located only 10 minutes drive from Lagos. Additional information about rental rates

  • During November till March gas is extra at cost price! Water, electricity and end cleaning is in every period inclusive. Long term rentals are welcome at special rates. The rates include a complimentary meet and greet service. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. 150 euros deposit at arrivals must be given to host, and will be given back to clients if apartment is left in proper condition and there are no breakages or damages. Time to check inn is after 15.00 PM. Checking out time before 10.00 AM. If you want to check inn earlier or check out later please give us a mail than we can discuss the possibility. This is because of the cleaning of the apartment for the next client. Your suitcases can be stored any time. With bookings shorter than a week (7 days) we charge 40 euros cleaning costs.
  • Rental can be paid in either British Pounds or Euros.
    The rates include a complimentary meet and greet service and a weekly clean and linen change.
  • Please note we do not rent out when the entire group is under 25 years of age.

High chair, baby cot and bikes for rent:: High chair, baby cot and bikes for rent: For the very small children we have a baby cot and high chair available, the price is 25 euros for each week or part of an week. 2 perfect Dutch bikes for rent. The bikes have several gears. The price per week is 40 euros for each bike. Please order in advance.

Welcome package.: For your convenience we can arrange you a welcome package. This package includes red wine, cold white wine, beers and soft drinks, crisps, bread, tea, coffee and much more. The price for this package is 35 euros.

Golf: Golf Information: There are within 5 km of the apartment two beautiful 18 holes golf courses overlooking the sea (Palmares & Boavista). The Algarve is nominated by the international golf federation to be the golf destination of 2006! The location is brilliant for a golf vacation if you desire to play at different golf courses during your vacation AND like to stay in a nice old town with life and great restaurants.

A wonderfull apartment with a perfect location in wonderful Lagos. A short walk to beaches, restaurants, markets, supermarkets and shops. Good kitchen if you like to make food and a perfect grill. Good customer service on check-in and check-out. A lot of space for everyone. We were 5 adults and a baby. We would recommend this property and will come back another year.

Very efficient booking, check in and check out. Clean large apartment comfortably furnished right in the town centre. Easily housed 4 adults and 3 teenagers. All in all excellent I would recommend this to a freind.

We (2 adults & 3 teenage children) had a lovely week here in August 2008. What a lovely apartment, comfortable, well equipped and nicely positioned. Close to shops and a pleasant walk through the quaint town to the beach.

All the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and the whole apartment was clean.

The pool was a bit of a disappointment as it was really too small for older children.

This was a great place for our holiday, we would happily use the apartment again

We have just spent 10 lovely days in this apartment with 4 teenagers. The apartment is just as it looks in the photos and is very clean and spacious - lovely. The facilities are great and a real home from home with more.

Whilst the pool was smaller than it looked there was space at certain times of the day for them to enjoy the pool, however this was not necessary as there are two fabulous beaches within very easy walking distance with beautiful sea that is suitable for all ages as starts off very shallow.

The local area is great for all ages and a great place to allow teenagers to venture off on their own for an evening out while you remain local - the 1st step before going away on their own.

There are some fabulous local restaurants and the guide provided by the Jeff in the apartment gives you lots of information. Linda's bar on the main beach, which is reached by getting a small ferry across the marina enterence, is fab with great service.

The Sea Safari is a brilliant experience and the coastal walks are wonderful. All in all it was a great all round holiday giving everyone something to enjoy with the ability to have some peace if you want it or be in the thick of it after 9pm in the town centre. All great fun.
